Getting really worried.
Been using these guys for 4+ years and never had any problems. Not one!
Placed quite a large order Wednesday and I was aware of the notice on their website that said orders will be delayed by 2-3 days due to a warehouse move. That took me to friday(today) to Saturday. But when speaking with the guy who took payment, they are now saying the store is temporarily closed and the website is nowhere to be found. I did ask what was going on with my order but have received no response. I’m really frustrated as I have been a happy regular customer placing multiple monthly orders and never had an issue! Now this crops up at a time that my order is a large one and is urgent.
If anyone has anymore info, I’d greatly appreciate it. It was hard enough finding these guys so don’t want to change if I can help it!
I will update if or when my order arrives!

A Good company reliable super polite if you used their customer support,
Could not understand the negative reviews I've used them before without issue but this time my order has been in process for days but arrived safe and sound

Always used this company for years. Everything’s going out of stock and has been for months and they keep saying they aren’t closing but can’t give me a proper answer when asking about restocking. I think they’ll be shut down soon which would be a shame.

Never let down in about 4 years. Unless Royal Mail are running late. Tracking number always provided. Had a few issues my end, sent a WhatsApp and someone told me exactly what to do. Only problem is they can only provide what they have in stock, whereas the products I prefer have been ‘out of stock’ for a while. Still my no.1 go to though.

Can someone give me reliable site, paid £400 into TWO bank accounts but not updating, been brilliant for 3 years

Don't use them. I used these for about 18month regularly, your custom means nothing to them. They will take your money whenever they want and just say they had no proof they received payment because the account you sent it too is being looked into for suspicious activity. Then that's it you just don't get your order or your money.

100% trustworthy and reliable with helpful friendly staff always on hand. I’ve been with this company for years and never had a problem. Can’t fault them on anything. I’m so glad to have this service

Never had any issues in the last 5 years but website now closed and no response on WhatsApp. 😬 if anyone has any reliable recommendations, pls can you let me know, will be forever grateful 🙏

Had a small hick up about who I was, once in years. Hopefully they will be back as I’ve never found a better place for reliability & price. Nowhere near.

These guys are very reliable and deal with any issues quickly and with no fuss.
I have just noticed the problem of not being able to access website. Hopefully they will let me know of a new website.

Fake drugs and scammers. You will get either fake drug or they will not send you anthing. So in both scenario you are a looser

I’ve reviewed these guys positively many times over the years and i am still at a loss as to all of the negative ones..i just don’t believe they selectively rip some people off and are brilliant with others, like me

Yes they have their issues, recently they were without banking facilities for a few days, they have sent me the wrong order once (which they resolved immediately), and on another occasion it took a couple of days for them to confirm my funds (that was quite annoying), also recently the wrong postcode was put on the tracking so my order took an extra day to get to me (i think that was probably Royal Mail’s fault though)

But generally speaking they are superb, and i can only imagine the negative reviews are by people who don’t understand or play by their rules, or are rude to them

So in 4 years they have never let me down. This is what i do

ALWAYS order on the day..
ALWAYS ask for account details
ALWAYS confirm funds are sent (pref with a screenshot), by 10am

I don’t know if any of these make a difference, but this is what i do, and it always works out

+ be polite and respectful even if things aren’t right

Finally, the best thing about these guys is they are brand specific..ALL of the other operators (even the good ones who also do next day) cannot guaruntee brand. With my specific product there is a marked difference in the quality of the 2 main brands, and every single other vendor sells the bad one, even if they advertise the good one..UKheal seem to be the only company with a reliable supply of the best brands..good on them
