The black bathroom towel racks and small hanging shelf
The bathroom towel racks and small hanging shelves in a black finish all look good but I am concerned with the humidity in the shower and whirlpool bath. Will the humidity that will develop in the washroom rust the black finish?

The fast shipping, I was really surprised coming from another country… the only thing I was upset was the fact that FedEx left my package out in the open, and shove it into the snow, but I love my scarface wall art!!!! I will be back in the future for more stuff

Packaging allowed tip of trees to protrude and get bent. I received two of the same white tops, not as shown in online photo. A couple of screw work their way loose and where hard to find in packaging. Installation was basic but a full wall paper template would have been nice. Quality of product was good, but stand offs could be designed better and deeper by a 1/8" to avoid vibration against wall, I installed felt pads in key locations.

Dear Jess,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the packaging and the product itself. It's important to us that our customers receive their purchases in perfect condition, and we regret that we didn't meet these expectations in your case.
We've taken note of the issue with the packaging and are actively working to improve it to ensure that all parts, including the tips of trees, are adequately protected during transit. Regarding the white tops, we apologize for the mix-up and understand the disappointment caused by not receiving the item as shown online. We would be happy to rectify this issue for you.
Regarding the screws, we appreciate your suggestion and will consider including a more comprehensive method to secure and identify all components in future packaging. We understand that a full-wall paper template would have been helpful, and we will take this feedback into consideration for our installation guides.
We are pleased to hear that you found the overall quality of the product to be good. Your suggestion for better and deeper stand-offs is invaluable, and we will certainly look into how we can improve this aspect in our future designs.
Please contact us at info@vitahome.store so we can make things right for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to improving based on the valuable input from customers like you.
Thank you for choosing VitaHome, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Porsche Excellence!
My husband loved his Porsche sign! There was a slight flaw in one section, where it appears the laser did not completely cut a small section. It does not impact the overall look of the piece so not a problem but, wanting to share so can be addressed for future recipients.
