their service is terrible...they do not listen to directions...it takes them forever to get a change and they give you an email that says 24 - 48 hours for a change. DO NOT USE THEM...

Really enjoyed working with Tony and hope to work with him and vista again in the near future.

Vista logo are misleading- Purchased a design logo package only for the design to be sent and then told that i need to purchase a policy for hundreds of £'s to register the design! email responses are very erratic. The website claims there is a 24-48 hour turnaround. This is not true. Company has set up a fake trust pilot, and stock photos are used saying they are 'real customers' Very disappointed

Vista Logos was the epitome of incompetence. They have no understanding of print demands nor do they understand file formats or the technology behind them. Communication is especially poor and they have problems understanding emailed requirements. I asked for something 8 times, and they still couldn't deliver it or even understand it. They make promises that they are incapable of delivering. They also try and aggressively upsell you on other services and ask for recommendations and testimonials before the work is even completed. You get what you pay for and I am soooooo happy I didn't pay them for my whole website design and a hefty merchandise order. My initial instincts were correct... these guys are amateurs.

BUYER BEWARE: 6 months ago their TrustPilot ratings were overwhelmingly negative now all of a sudden they are rated excellent with what looks like a host of very dubious gushingly positive reviews. Seems very miraculous to me to say the least.

I started out using Vista Logos In March this year. Not a great interaction and was a little confused about the direction that I wanted to takey company. Deals were being closed to fast and my startup costs were exploding
After a few meetings with some, potential, but now partners I decided to contact again. I was assigned a new developer and was delighted about that. The push was a bit disappointing with the point of money
I had every intention of scrapping it and moving to another co. When dealing with calm and reason, mistakes are few and you feel like the custer again. Thanks Jason!

If you happened to see my first review, here is an updated one. I was given the link to review VistaLogos and Jason in the middle of my project, before it was done.

Word of advice... wait until your project is complete before reviewing. 80% of the time Jason is great, but the other 20% he is non-responsive. I have found this company to be very "salesy". My project is 99% complete. Yesterday, my website was to go live and be tested. They were working on 1 last thing. ONE LAST THING!! I was told I would get a phone call in 30 minutes, so it could get fixed and we could go live, and test the site. That was yesterday at 4:30 p.m. CST. It is now 10:00 a.m. CST and I have yet to receive a return phone call, or ANY correspondence from Jason, after many texts, emails and unanswered phone calls. This irritates me and is completely unacceptable. I have spent A LOT of money with this company between copyrighting, trademarking, marketing (which, so far is a sh!t show), website, logo, website hosting, etc.

I would not recommend this company. At this point, I am considering taking my now 'incomplete' website to someone else in order to get it completed and live.

Horrible customer service and designers. I paid upfront and have been going back and forth with this company for revisions of the logo design and they come back with horrendous looking logos. They do not listen to what we say for the revisions. There is a huge language barrier and are barely ever able to hear them because they are always cutting off and have no signal. We finally decided we wanted our money back because it clearly states "Money Back Guarantee" and they stated they will not be able to because their refund policy only allows money back within 48 hours which is not even within the time frame of us receiving our first logo. I have never had such a bad experience with a logo company.

Bought a package. On google reviewsI average giving 4+ stars. Sad to give one here. Bought a package and I was told we would get something within 24 hours. We waited almost a month and contacted them. They said "its done, check again." It was there now but it wasn't before and I have screenshots to prove it. Then they sent ridiculous looking little logos that are nothing like the template we sent them to go off of. We basically sent them the design - all they had to do was copy, clean it up, and digitize it. We have unlimited edits so we replied - sent the design again. Have heard nothing back. Its been 49 days so we are giving up on them even though we asked for a refund. I'll take this true review down for a full refund.

Paid , gave my instructions and my art work..been told to wait 48 hours.
Week passed - no contact been maud with me...apparently they " forgot " about me.
I asked for refund ...still waiting.
No stars .
The worse company I dealt with in my all business life....

You think your getting good value for money with this company, however the unfortunate truth is... you pay for what you get (pay peanuts, get a monkey). Very slow at responding to any messages, you are suppose to have contact with your designer, yet they never seem to be there.

The logo's aren't that great. In fact, a lot of free logo websites give you the same results in my opinion.

Overall, not that wowed at all, don't think I would recommend to anyone.

I requested a basic logo from Vista Logos over a month ago. They did not tell me that the designs would be posted on a different website, so I lost time trying to figure that out. Then, when I requested a revision, they took another month to get back to me and that was only because I contacted them. In the time that had passed, I had started doing my own logo and came across the same clipart site that they used to make the design they offered me. I asked for a refund, and they flat our refused. Deeply underwhelmed. Was laughed at by one of the staff who was helping me get it sorted. As of this point I still have not received my logo and don't particularly care if I ever do.

If I could give them a 0 I would. This company took my money and failed to give me what I asked for. I initially asked for turnaround time and after I was guaranteed I would have it within the timeframe needed, I paid and immediately sent over what was requested. Not only didn’t I get it when promised, I also didn’t get nothing anywhere near what I asked. Now I can’t get anyone to call me back or get a refund.
