I used Vista Logos to create a logo for my business back in 2020. While the end product was satisfactory, the continued calls and harassment to trademark my logo is unacceptable. I have told them to never call me again, yet just had another call. Don't trust this company.

SCAM!!! I wish with my whole heart I didn’t use Vista Logos. I ordered a logo for my nonprofit organization. It was intended to be a simple logo. I loved the initial designs and was easily able to pick one that I wanted to customize. I worked with the designer for 3 weeks giving him clear, specific instructions on what I wanted changed. I provided him absolutely everything he asked for on multiple occasions. The designer never did what I asked him to do, was argumentative, and combative. I’m out my money, my time, and a logo - not only did they not complete a logo but I won’t have my company logo tied to this company. Do NOT use this company. They promise satisfaction but won’t deliver.

It's always an up sale with this company. You pay for the image. They try to up sale you to buy a website, business cards, registering your image, etc. Each of these up sales cost a minimum of $99 and up to $1000 (from what I remember) but they give you a "discount" that is still unrealistic. When you tell them no, they don't accept your reasons and keep harassing you. I was harassed several times in one day. I blocked the number but they keep calling from different numbers trying to lure me back in. The design they did was great! But definitely not worth the hassle of dealing with this company. I will not use them again, nor recommend them.

Bait and switch... essentially threatening phone call from this company's legal team trying to force me to purchase more from the company... refused and they cut the price in half. They will say everything is included in the beginning and then a day later call telling you that you owe another $800 for it to be legitimate... scam company runnnnnnnn

All I wanted was a logo whose colors matched an email template I had purchased from another company. They tell you that you need to speak with your "project manager" to complete your project. Once you are on the phone, your "project manager" will try to upsell their services. I am a business owner, I get it. I politely declined. However, the project needed several revisions. I dreaded calling them or answering their calls because the "upselling" turned it to hard selling. The logo is mediocre at best. It looks computer generated. I may ultimately decide to cut my losses and go with a more reputable branding company.

Bait and switch that is their motive to give you a 119 logo quote and then they give you the “this doesn’t include the copyright trademark ownership “ speech and say you have to pay another 799 to have COMPLETE OWNERSHIP! What? I want in on that class action lawsuit too. These scammers need to be shut down ASAP before they REALLY take advantage of someone more naive and trusting than me. I feel lucky they only ripped me for $119! Karma will get them in the end.

It is a bait and switch. What they do not tell you at the beginning is that the basic package is just a low resolution jpeg. They want to upsell you for additional graphic formats, a DBA, an EIN, incorporation. That is the real business for them. The logo design is just the bait. Do not chat on the website. Communicate with email so you can save everything they promise in print.

I needed a logo and they provided great service over and beyond. They made sure everything was what I wanted and more. The customer service is great, and they followed up with calls, emails and text messages.

Great experience! Excellent value! Professional and responsive team! My design ideas were turned into a professional portfolio to get my business started. They listened to my needs and provided exactly what I needed.

Stay far away from this company! Their MO is to quote you a small price on designing your logo and then they will try to rip you off by saying that you have to register it with the United States trademark and patent office. They will try to scam another $1800 out of you. I have a blog, I do not own a business, I do not sell a product. I do not need to have my logo copyrighted or trademarked. I have endured hundreds of texts, phone calls, and emails. I have blocked all of them and completely ignored them and then today I got an email telling me that they were going to go ahead and register me with the United States patent and trademark office without my consent. Honestly, I believe what this company does is illegal. It is certainly harassment. I hope somebody investigates them and shuts them down! Have your logo designed elsewhere!!!

Grossly over charged, unauthorized charges to credit card, fraudulent filing of Trademark and copy rights.

I am very disappointed with Vista Logo. My first mistake was, there was not a contract.

In the beginning of 2020, I was looking for a company to build my website and Logo. I decided to go with vista logo due to the good reviews. Once I was assigned a project manager, I explained to him I am a small business owner with a small budget.

So I took the package that was within my budget ( $2k) . Months later I received a call every other month requesting more money to upgrade the website. If I did not get the upgrade, the website would not work properly. Being new to the whole process, I had no other choice but to send additional monies because we were in the middle of the project.

I provided ALL the content and pictures myself. I only wanted them to put the website together and provide all the features SEO, marketing, TM, CR, etc….

The first issue was unauthorized charges. When they began working on Website, I was then told there is a promotional price for SEO /web Optimization for $1999. If I did not pay that DAY the price will go up to $2,398. I didn’t have the funds that day so the total charge will now be $2,398. I did a split payment over two weeks. First payment of $1,199. Vista Logo charged my Credit card 4x’s for total of
$ 4,790. (I was upset). I called my bank and was refunded my money for the overcharge.

The next issue they charged me $750 to setup google business. (Once again, they charged my credit card 3x’s for total amount $2250). When I began my research, I found out google business is a free service. I called my bank to reimburse the fee back to me ….This is when I became frustrated.

As time passed, I noticed Vista Logo filed my Domain incorrectly ( Misspelled). I was told I need to pay ANOTHER $1,150 to clear the matter. Total paid $2,300.
NOTE: to register a Domain name the cost is less than $100
I then found out I was overcharged for TM and Copy rights. To file TM the fee was only $350. When I checked the USPTO website the only fee paid was the $350…. Vista Logo charged me $1,240.

To make matters worse, I found out Vista Logo or shall I say their (Affiliated company) D/B/A Olive Logo …..has been charged with filing fraudulent Trade Marks according to USPTO.com. There were hundreds of victims listed on the court document including my business name.

I also paid $2,097 for marketing fee for a service that was never completed or started. When I complained, they created a FB & IG page for my company the next day. What a joke

To give a short out line of the deceptive service here it is.

1. To register a domain name the fee is less than $100 I was charged $2,300
2. Vista logo affiliate company D/B/A Olive logo, has been charged with submitting false TM & CR application to the USPTO.
3. When I demanded a refund on the marketing fees and overcharged fees for TM & copyrights and Domain registration Vista Logo refused to reimburse me.
4. I request for all passwords user Id to website to take my business elsewhere. They refused and demanded more money from me ( $3,399) or the website will be shut down
5. Total money Spent on my website was $12,725.00.

**** I also notice when a complaint is filed against Vista Logo a flood of good reviews are posted….

I spent atleast 8k on my website and vista logos did extremely horrible. It's literally been over a week and I haven't even got my password for domain yet. This company is the worst company I had ever came across in my life. I just wanted a logo and I was lured into pouring over 8k. And even a shopify site looks better than my site and I am extremely frustrated. I would like a full refund for my website. This company has always created dissatisfaction for me. And I literally lost 1 year of my life working with them because i worked so hard at a minimum wage job to pay for vista logos. And now a hundred dollar shopify site looks better.

Vista Logos offers varying price plan for all sorts of individuals and business. I had limited funds but Vista did have a plan for me.

I want to give no stars at all but don’t see that option
I have been going through the motions with this company since last year, about 8 months now.
I just wanted my logo designed. They lured me into upgrading my website. This is where the nightmare began. To speed up about a month ago they supposedly activated my designer website. Well, it’s nowhere to be found , when I google it it shows my old website or strange bits and pieces of my newly designed website with some weird advertisements.
I want my money back. This is my reputation.
It’s enough.
They are schemers and thieves.
I am soooo upset that I got into this trap.

Please do not be fooled, these people have no association with Vista Print. They are generic logos with absolutely no creative artistic design. You would be better going to WIX LOGO MAKER. Then when I asked for my money back and decline to approve projects, they said it would be 5-7 business days. Keep in mind I put in my refund request on March 4th, it is now March 16 and they are saying it will be another 7-8 business days till I see my money returned. I have never in 22 years of being an legal adult. Waited 16 days for a refund. Then they told me I felt entitled that the business does not revolve around me that they have there own policy and procedure.
That the first 7 to 8 business days was for them to do their paperwork on my refund and the next 7 to 8 business days is actually processing the refund! What! Please do not waste your time and your energy. I have spent countless texts, a few emails and have sat on the phone waiting to speak with financial department for an hour. To hear them lie. Have you ever waited 20 days for a refund? Very unhappy customer. They have a BBB rating of an F! UPDATE** It is 04/03/2022 I still have NOT received a refund from this company. I have been told over 10 times the money has been or will be returned. They keep lying because of course it must be one the other. Either it has or has not been done. Since I have not received my refund I have to believe it had not. I have asked for a full refund of 1016.00 I do not want any business relation established with this company. Now wanting all funds paid returned and requested jobs to be terminated. My experience may be totally may be isolated but never the less it is my experience.

This company will only provide you exceptional customer service while they try to take more money from you. When you ask for help and updates they do not respond, but the moment you tell them you are ready to move forward with another service which requires that you pay more money then they are fast to respond. I started with a Logo for $29 went up to over $200 Then a copyright for over $1,500. Then a trademark which is pending for another $1,400, which they had said it was the final cost. Now they ready out for a "publication" for another $1,300. They suck you in with their "its required" "its the final process", it's the "final fees" and each time they tell you its required to move forward.

Sean Murphy and Brian Williams offered amazing customer service. The team quickly designed my logo and provided feedback. They were excited about my business vision and supported me 100%. Awesome job, can’t wait to explore more business products you offer.

The company did an amazing job turning around my logo project within 48 hours and did lots of follow up! Customer service is one of their great aspects. Mark Wilson was my coordinator and he was great!
