I really enjoyed my appointment with Kory. He was right on time and so well-informed—he walked me through everything and made sure I understood. Best of all, he gave me space to think it over and talk with family, which made the whole process stress-free.

2.5 years, 65 panels installed on my roof, and still not hooked up, no meters, no communication. Now Vision stopped paying our Keybank loan.

Vision solar will give you the run around after they get their money. I was told I would get a $250 check due to them no showing on the original installation date. I missed work to have the solar panels installed and nobody called to tell us they had an “emergency” that morning and weren't installing the solar (Nov 2022). I was told on the phone and via email that I would be compensated for missing work and having to reach out to the company to see where the installation crew was (BIG joke because that never happened)
I suggest anyone getting Solar to do yourself a favor and not believe anything that these employees tell you. I had to call Dividen (the company who I financed the solar through) and explain how I will not start paying for the panels since they weren’t in my possession. Vision Solar paid for the first month while in the mean time- I had to reach out to the City to see if the company even sent any plans for the inspection and none were sent! The city had to contact them for us due to no response. PEC also had to reach out for interconnection as well due to no communication. It is now August 2023 and still no check. Ive been told by ******** who is the lead in customer experience that there still isn’t any update on when Ill be receiving my compensation due to the lack in communication last year. They’ll tell you it takes 10 weeks for a different department to approve the check (was made aware of that policy in January 2022) but all the sudden in August 2023 ******** said my pending credits werent even pending in the finical department? I have paid 28k for shotty customer service which goes to show they don’t deserve anyones money. Do yourself a favor and do not get Solar through this horrible company. Please let me know if you’d like the 100+ email chains of getting the run around with this company!!! They have blocked my email as of now so that alone shows the customer service that you pay for… scammers.

Excellent service! The technician was helpful ,friendly, and very professional. I'm very impressed with the service giving.I will refer vision solar to my friends and family.

Bryce did an excellent job all the way through. I've had multiple consultations before and was starting to think solar didn't make sense for me. He was patient, kind and most importantly for me, made me feel like he was there to help. I didn't plan on making a decision when he showed up, but it was a no brainer. Unfortunately wasn't able to get things going but definitely recommend Bryce and Vision Solar to everyone I know.

Bryce was great! Very patient and detailed with all my questions. I loved the at the company was able to support my energy needs!

Do not give this company your phone number. They will badger you everyday, no matter how many times you tell them to stop calling. I block one number and a different number comes up the next day. STOP CALLING MEANS STOP CALLING. I WOULDNT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM NOW ANYWAY.

James was very transparent about Vision Solar, very professional and precise with presentations of the different options available. He was very knowledgable about what his company has to offer. He was very pleasant and very approachable.

Aartee explained everything in detail, and I was very pleased with her attitude and her kindness. I would definitely have her back again!

Mark was very thorough but in an understanding way for someone new to solar! He was very patient throughout the process. I was his longest consultation yet lol. But I'm so happy with the results and the savings!

This is a long review, if it is TL;DR then the cliff notes version is don't touch these guys with someone else’s 10 foot pole. They are shockingly bad.

I am not affiliated with ANY solar company in anyway, I am just a regular guy on the street, considering solar.

I genuinely hope you are reading this review before the sales people get to your home. If they already have, then I genuinely hope they haven’t been able to pressure you into signing. I don't know how they have any positive reviews at all, but I have seen them (even on google). Maybe employees of Vision Solar and with family members have been busy writing them. If you are inclined to believe these positive reviews I urge you to check them on out the better business bureau website for the genuine lowdown.

I was cold called and promised it wouldn't be a high pressure sales visit, and I would be given a year after the visit to mull the proposal over. He even said he would call back after the sales visit to check in and make sure the sales reps were respectful and that I had a good experience (complete shocker, he didn't call back).

On to the visit - total high pressure sales and wanted to sign me up immediately. Started out the online paperwork for me even though I hadn't said I would sign. They said, just sign now and then you get 3 days to cancel. They said "Why do you need to think about it anyway, even if you take a week, nothing is going to change". My wife was in bed sick with covid and they insisted I bother her and talk it through with her immediately. I did talk with her and she agreed with me, not to sign. I told the sales reps, then one of them said, "just sign it anyway. a week on the couch might be a good break from your wife" with a misogynistic grin. I am not making this up. All the while, he was acting like I owed him something because he showed up for the sales visit.

They then said if they leave today then my quoted price would go from $195 per month to $260. When I said I would need to think about it he asked if I would take their solar offer if it was free. I said yes. He then said that proves I am not serious about solar. Good job this guy isn't a lawyer. Ummm, nope. I am serious about it, and will be getting it installed, just not by them. They pressure you in to signing right there, because they know if they leave without your commitment then you will research them on line (as you are doing now) and will never give them your business.

Any high pressure sales tactics are ALWAYS a red flag. If anyone pressures you to sign without giving you time to think about it then run, very fast.

The reviews of people that did sign and use them are on the Better Business Bureau - I really urge you to read them. They mostly complain about very poor communication, non-functional systems, bad support and rude customer service, but you should look for yourself.

If they cold call you then just hang up as soon as you hear the words Vision Solar. I really don't write many reviews, the ones I write are mostly positive too, but please consider all the time I took to write this. It wasn't for fun and wasn't for my own benefit. If I can save someone else the bother of having to deal with these guys then it will have been worth it.

Thought that this was a great company because the name is a well known name but man was I totally wrong. It started off great and then went down hill fast. So the system was supposedly approved by all parties to be installed and in February it was installed with no issues. But then that is where the problem starts, I was told and am still being told approx 5 months later the system is still not approved to be installed on my house by the city of Phoenix and that vision solar keeps submitting plans to try and get it approved but still nothing. So here I am making payments on a solar system on my house and its still not approved or functioning. This company has given me the same exact story from the start. There is a lot mor also but i don't feel like typing everything. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING SCREWED WITHOUT LUBRICANT!!!! IT DOESN'T FEEL GOOD JUST FYI
