About 6 hours to fully charge it indoors , the battery not hot but the cable becomes very hot, can smell the rubber

I bought directly from the company because I believe the warranty is longer buying from the company. My understanding is that if I bought from Amazon, I would get it in 2 days but the warranty would only be 90 days but if I bought from Grecell directly, it would take 5 days to get to me but the warranty would be 2 years (the cost was basically the same). Buying it and getting it had one issue; The box had a deep hole through the packaging but there was no damage to the power station. My biggest reason for giving them 5 stars is because it works so well. I work in the field, on new construction there are no electrical outlets except what we bring. This little box powers my laptop to full, multiple times on a single charge plus it charges all of our devices, for the size and cost I am impressed. Previous to the power station I was using an AC inverter from the cigarette lighter adapter the draw was a struggle for the alternator and battery. I replaced my truck battery about every other year. Between the truck batteries and the price of gas to run the engine, this will pay for itself before the warranty ends.

I had a very disappointing experience with Grecell that I think other buyers should be aware of.
In 2023, my wife purchased one of their lithium rechargeable batteries for about $800. Due to a change in plans, we never ended up using it and stored it safely indoors. Two years later, I went to use it for the first time, and it would not charge at all. Completely dead.
When I reached out to Grecell, they immediately pointed to the expired warranty and offered no assistance whatsoever. No troubleshooting, no goodwill support—nothing.
As I looked into the issue further, I learned that this type of battery can enter a state where it won’t charge if left unused for too long and may require a “jump start” to recover. That’s a serious limitation for a product like this, and it was never disclosed at the time of purchase.
I even took the battery to a Batteries Plus store to see if they could help revive it. They told me that due to the way the unit is built, they couldn’t access the internal lithium cells, so they were unable to jump start it. So the supposed fix isn’t even realistically available to customers.
At this point, we're left with an $800 battery that has never been used and cannot be used.
This experience raises two major concerns:
A product design that allows complete failure from normal storage, without clearly warning the customer.
Customer service that offers no support or accountability once the warranty period ends, even for what appears to be a known issue
I would strongly encourage potential buyers to think carefully before purchasing. This was an expensive and frustrating lesson, and we will not buy from Grecell again.

Super High Quality! So nice to have power!

Placed my order on Jan 18. It is now Feb 3. According to the shipping label they created on Jan 19 the order still has not been shipped. Their web sites says 1-2 day processing and it has been 16 days. Contacted them and they said it was still delayed due to weather. Shipping label is from California, I'm in Idaho....great Weather between both places.

Order placed 1/18/26, shipping label created 1/19/26. Tracking still shows label created, USPS awaiting item. I contacted customer service by email on 1/26/26 and was told to continue waiting. Today is 2/2/26 and the USPS still has not received the item.

I had to purchase an ac charger because it was not packaged with the T1000 I received as a gift.

I had my T1 Pro for 18 months before it failed. It took some time to get a hold of someone from Grecell, but once I did they troubleshot the issue with me and honored their 24 month warranty by sending a replacement. It is nice to get great customer service. I own a few items from Grecell and they are all quality made.

This company was so kind and generous with me. I found the unit that I had ordered, but they still gave me a full refund. So glad that I purchased from them.

I received my product. I immediately plugged it in to see whether or not I would get a charge to my power station. I plugged it in. It began to charge immediately, and it did not take it very long to fully charge, therefore I am extremely happy with my purchase

The parts I needed for my T300 were shipped quickly and well packaged. They were exactly what I was looking for.

Battery leads were color-coded backwards, luckily I hooked a meter up to them first before using.

I have 3 Grecell portable power stations and love all 3. They power my cpap, 3 fans, my phone, my laptop, my coffee maker and other small devices when I go "glamping". Last time I went for 3 nights and still had plenty of power left. Not only is their product great, their customer service is outstanding! I misplaced my power cord and because I had no idea which cord to replace it with, I asked for an Amazon link and they sent it! Now they sell them on their site so that's even better!. Exceptional customer service!!

Great price for replacement power supply.

I bought a T-1000 power station - an excellent unit but it was having issues. The customer support team could not have been more helpful. The responses were very clear, considerate, and amiable. I was very very impressed.
