SCAMMERS, do not fall for this website! the eTa is $7CAD not $79CAD
This website has been reported many times (I can see from the reviews) yet it has not been taken down! The audacity is unbelievable!

It is really a horrible service.Not only they didn't issue the eTA within 6 days! they don't answer to web form enquiries and no explain either. I wish I could give 0 star.

I nearly fell for a scam on this website, which closely mimics the official Canadian government site. Thankfully, I noticed the fine print at the bottom of the screen mentioning a $79 CAD charge for an ETA. This site should be banned.

Applied for a Canada ETA and was charged $79.99 (£63.08) and received nothing!! My bank are investigating. I Reported to Fraud Action line and have a crime number. Also notified Canadian Embassy. They say they are registered in Australia but they aren’t!! Avoid

Similar to others ...a complete scam charging a lot of money for a visa that costs 7$. The website is well positioned and certainly suggests it's the official Canadian visa application centre.

Do not use pro-travel.com absolute con artists. Really ripped me off. Thought I was paying $7 for an eta oh no they had different ideas! No empathy either. Total scum

SCAM!!! With so many people already given their input and yet I got similar scam with ridiculous charges for eTA. I guess that's what this company bang on getting innocent people until either the Canada embassy ban them or visa cut them off. No response from them either.

I obtained a fast track Canadian ETA for transit through Canada with this company. The ETA process was fine and arrived quickly. However 3 days later I was signed up for a subscription of some sort. Apparently you need to opt out within 3 days and the info is buried somewhere within the terms and conditions. Absolute con artists avoid at all costs.

Scammed also by a company called Visit Canada - isn't it time the UK or Canadian government dealt with these crooks. Take care using the internet is the lesson - it is full of fake sites

Ik ben er ook ingetrapt. Er werd 70 dollar in rekening gebracht. Ik heb een boze mail gestuurd en gedreigd dat ik justitie in zou gaan schakelen. Ze hebben per omgaande het bedrag teruggestort op mijn creditkaart.
Vervolgens heb ik het nummer gecheckt die gekoppeld is aan mijn paspoort en dat klopt wel. Ze vragen dus wel echt een Eta aan! Ik ga er vanuit dat ik een geldige Eta heb.

I got conned by this website etaportal.website address. Please be aware. Luckily my credit card company blocked the payment. But, it is disappointing that Canada government is not doing enough to block scam websites. I am from Australia, Sydney.

This is a website designed to look like the official Canadian one but charge you almost $100 to apply for the eta. Make sure you are using the Canada.ca website instead.

This company is a FRAUD. DO NOT MAKE ANY TRANSACTION WITH THEM! I apply for Canada ETA thinking it was the original Canada immigration website(cloned website to look similar) charged me total £79.99. RUN AWAY from CANADA ETA website. THEY ARE FRAUD!!! They are operating somewhere in Cyprus not UK

BEWARE!..Unfortunately didn’t notice before I pressed the $22+ charge that they were not the official Canadian government website (charging $7 for the same visa) and then a couple of days later, THEY THEN TRIED TO TAKE A PAYMENT FOR £67.00 which was picked up by my bank as a declined payment.

Scammers.do not use!!
Posing as a legitimate government website. Is branded to look alike!
Then a charge of £67 taken.
If you need an ETA go to the Canadian government site. It should only cost you £7.
