Parts were shipped and arrived quickly. Exactly what I needed to get my EB 25 running again.

Great help in the shop but its expensive

Got what I expected. Painless ordering

The tool arrived with a broken cutter bit. The carbide tip was chipped upon arrival.

I will need to purchase a new cutter/bit if I cannot get a replacement from the company.

A) there is no way to contact support by phone
B) parts I needed were not available
C) email to support was not answered

I purchased the hinge routing machine. I haven't had a chance to use it in the field yet, but I tested it on some scrap doors and 1x material and it works really well. The only thing that I could not find was a how to video online in English. That would have been helpful for beginners using the equipment and for setup.

Slightly bummed out when our manual edge bander stopped working after very limited use… BUT! Virutex Tools was quick to respond, had the part we needed, shipping was fast and we were back running in no time! Sometimes things go wrong with tools but customer service handled it seamlessly!

In Canada I needed to pay to UPS more than the product costed - because they needed to clear it from custom.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. No communication. Ignored for literally months and when I finally was able to get an email response I was left in the dark to resolve my issue. I will NEVER buy another Virutex machine again.

Amazing customer service. I had some problems at the border with the shipping and Virutex made it right without any questions. Great tools and a great organization to deal with. Very happy with my experience.

Don’t get me wrong, this is a beautiful well built tool with a very nice case , I’m just missing a 12mm bit, I did however get three 10mm 🤣 I’m certain this will be correct asap as they’ve been making tools since 1962, that in it self tells of the quality. Update, the bit was sent the following day, top shelf customer service. I’m looking through the catalog now lol.

Once the order was made it was processed quickly and I had an email with confirmation of a delivery date. The tool I ordered is perfect and works flawlessly. Could not ask for a better tool.

This is a very nicely made machine. The fit, finish and function is excellent. I had purchased a "similar looking" machine on Amazon that I fought with every time I used it. The Virutex machine on the other hand, worked perfectly right out of the box.
