I started to place my order on line but wasn't sure what size bath panel I needed for the bath I was ordering so decided to phone instead. The phone was answered immediately and the man (who unfortunately I can't remember his name) couldn't have been more helpful. I ordered on Monday and the whole lot was delivered on Friday. They also phone you the day before to let you know the 3hour time limit that your order will be delivered. If I had to buy another bathroom I would definetly buy from this company again.

I have stayed at home all day waiting for my delivery and nothing!! I phoned head office to enquire and was told someone would call me back - but nothing!!! I am NOT impressed by the no show and even more furious by the lack of communication from them.

the price was the best we could find. Received a call confirming our order and giving a delivery date. All good

Product ordered deluvery given but then not in stock at supplier. Kevin offered options and helped to order similiar product with better delivery. Very helpful.

Cheapest price for Carron bath and painless purchasing process. I was called to discuss what date I wanted for delivery and subsequently contacted by phone and email when it became necessary to change it. My only minor gripe is that the delivery slot was an all day one - other companies are now updating with a one hour delivery window on the day and it would be nice to have this facility.

Had been looking for a vanity unit for a while and found just the thing on Virtual Bathrooms website. Ordered it and the next day received a phone call to confirm the order and the delivery day which was the day before Easter. The delivery arrived later than expected and as no-one was home they left a message, rearranged the delivery for the next working day, confirmed by the marvellous man at VB. Also got advice on which taps to order which I will also be ordering from VB! Thanks!

Ordered a bath late in the evening. Was called by a very polite man the following morning to arrange delivery, which was then arranged for a few days later. Also had cause to email about a few questions. All of them were answered promptly and very friendly. First class service and communication. Will be putting in a further, larger order shortly. Please keep up the good work.

Recently purchased a bath which I'm extremely pleased with. Delivered on time, great price and excellent customer service.

Online purchase followed up with a incredibly friendly & polite call to select a delivery day convenient to me & see if I needed any help with anything else I might need for the bathroom. A phone call when the delivery was an hour away ... All this when delivery is free was just amazing. Would completely recommend based on pricing, service & delivery. Couldn't fault them.

A large web-based bathroom retailer had accepted my order on a similar product two weeks ago and expected to ship within 3-5 working days in time for my plumber to fit. After a week and a half without delivery and after making several telephone calls and online enquiries, the company remained frustratingly unwilling to commit to a delivery date. Unable to delay the bathroom project, I decided to cancel my original order and called virtual bathrooms on Friday. I spoke to Kevin on the phone, who was brillant to deal with and called me back within 20 minutes to confrim availability of the stock. I was offered two delivery options: (next day for a fee) or guaranteed for Monday (free of charge). Kevin called again on Monday morning to reassure me that the product was on their van out for delivery and it arrived this morning in time to be fitted. The unit came in around £50 cheaper than their online competitor too! Very happy customer.
