No diskussion concerning replacement of a defective hub

This system has clearly been designed by boatowners for boatowners. High quality construction ideal for the marine environment. We experienced a jammed on deck pump. With the help of the VirCru alert we were able to resolve the problem within 30 minutes. Ideal for peace of mind.

Arrived really quickly. Was super easy to install and set up. Just connect the hub, download the app and add the sensors. The app is really easy to use and works well. Does exactly what it says! There’s 30 days free ‘subscription’ to get you going. Really pleased with it.

Bought this as a tracker for my boat, but it does so much more. Sitting in the garden I can see the voltage for both batteries, that the cabin door is closed, the sump is dry and that the cabin temperature is 30 degrees. After a few teething issues (one sensor had a hardware issue and got replaced in a couple of days), the system is now fully up and running.

While the mobile app does what it needs to (like showing the location of your boat), there is room for improvement, like being able to change to metric from imperial. It also takes a bit of time to fully understand what the different features does. Those are minor details though.

Overall very happy with my purchase.

Simple to order which arrived promptly as I needed to take it to Mallorca.

App works great, all in all does what it says on the tin with the option of expansion.

I would like to give 5 stars as the equipment is well made and offer a large range of systems to be monitored.
However, on installation the geofence only offers a minimum of 100m radius which is a long way to drift before being notified. also the lack of information regarding the facilities available on the App

Very easy to deal with, had a small technical issue due to my location but was quickly diagnosed and fixed. Always in communication and friendly and helpful staff.

Very good product easy to install but a few things that need refining if you have I iPhone regarding the alarm sound and the geo-fencing. Once sorted out I would give VirCru a 5.

As my boat isn't ready yet and is still out of the water... I haven't fitted it yet but, I'm looking forward to fitting a little later this year... Will give review then but all looks good thanks..

Easy to install and a cost-effective solution for remote boat monitoring. Being able to vary the geofence diameter and location for anchor drag monitoring would be an awesome addition to the system. Nevertheless, very happy with the Vircru solution.

Great app and very useful. Would like functionality for 48v battery monitoring as an update especially as more boats become electric powered.

Had great fun setting the system up! So easy and totally understanable to work with the app and the different components. Due to the small size of each component I could get reall creative and get the top cover of my outboard monitored as well as all 4 bilge wells.

Fantastic solution, works perfectly, easy to install and has proved extremely useful. Especially when away from boat to ensure shore power is on, the boat is dry and right temp. Strongly recommended, brilliant solution and several other boats on pontoon have also now installed VirCru.

Good product! Is working well without issues

I’ve been using Vircru for 6months now. It’s easy to install straight out of the box, and a sleek, easy to use interface on a mobile device. I’ve had a few technical glitches that have been promptly resolved by technical support. It was inexpensive for a vast array of sensors and has become invaluable to me as my boat is on a wet mooring. Would recommend.
