My first experience using e-rides. I used the London,uk office. Very helpful customer service. Kept me updated after my euc purchase on delivery dates. They always replied within 24 hours of an enquiry I had about my order. Would definitely recommend this company and I have already used them again and will continue to do so.

ordret 2 sets of pads. and after 5 days i write to them and the sayys the forgot it and now there are no more pads left. GG

I ordered P6 from them. Order placed on Sunday. On Wednesday I got the wheel and rode it. (Netherlands; it was sent from Spain via UPC.)

Malgré mon âge avancé, j'ai toujours rêvé de monter une moto électrique. C'est fait grâce à énergie-ride...merci très bonne continuation avec une équipe jeune et attentionnée. J'ai adoré, je recommande de louer ce type d'engins pour s'amuser, en plus adapté à tous les niveaux..encore merci

Happens a mishap in the order and figure it out at arrival. Sendt new part asap and covered all expenses I had with custom fee and shipping fee

Ordered 2 solid tyres and was unsure if they would fit. The returns policy gave me the confidence to try after checking as close as possible that they WOULD be correct. After 2 emails 18th Feb and 6th March still no contact. They cannot be returned without their say so.
Disappointed. Beware.

Une des rares entreprises sans ce domaine à communiquer rapidement. Trés attentifs à la satisfaction des ses clients. Trés bon suivi de commande, de SAV. Je recommande.

J’ai commandé les power pads Agro V2 chez e-Rides et j’en suis très satisfaite ! Malgré un petit couac de communication au niveau du SAV (les leds des pads étaient arrivées cassées), tout est finalement rentré dans l’ordre et je remercie e-Rides pour leur réactivité et leur professionnalisme ! Je recommande ce site ultra fiable :)

After I ordered a pair of gloves they notified me of a delay of one week for an improvement they were gonna do. Great I was informed and happy with the final product!

All fine, all great product, but when you go to holiday, please advise or better, don't take the orders, because after one month you not yet still processing the parcel, for me is not a serious way to do business, because all is only buy for fun, but you are a business company and It will be better operate in this way.

Thanks! Everything is good. The lady who I talk by phone with was very polite and did everything to satisfy my needs. The shipment was fast. The quality of detail is great, can’t wait to finally change the shell.
I can recommend you to put more information about items, because the one I bought didn’t have a photo (KingSong 18L/XL inner shell)
