Misleading website
Misleading website. I purchased a suit in which the page explains that I’m able to return or exchange the product. Then continues to allow me to purchase the “re-do or exchanges” plan at checkout. I receive the suit and it’s too small, even though I followed their size chart accordingly. The suit also appeared to be used.. stains on the tag inside the right sleeve, pen marks on another tag but they claim that they are brand new suits and don’t sell any used products.. No where on the page does it prompt you to go to a separate page on the website to find their return policy in which final sale products won’t be accepted but sometimes “on special occasions” but they will ask you for 200$ more.

When you contacted us a year ago requesting an exchange for Order #10351, we promptly reviewed your request and clearly communicated that the items purchased were Final Sale, as outlined in our Return Policy (https://viossi.com/pages/refund-policy).
However, demonstrating our commitment to assisting customers, we immediately escalated your request to management to explore making an exception for your Final Sale item. We followed up with you a year ago to offer a highly discounted option to cover the costs associated with processing the exchange (including the size difference and shipping) for $200. This was an exception offered to remedy the situation when no return or exchange was guaranteed.
Regarding the suit's fit: Our suits are styled as Slim Fit, and we provide detailed measurements at https://viossi.com/pages/size-chart. We urge all customers to consult this chart before purchasing discounted Final Sale items.
We assure you that we only sell brand new, unworn suits. The marks you noted were likely warehouse handling marks, which can occur during quality control and packing, but they do not indicate a previously worn product.

I ordered a Camel Slim-Fit Suit 3-Piece in the size of US 36 / Eu 46 / W36 the pants that were sent were a size 30. However , ive been out of the country for 4 weeks taking care of the death of my grandfather im just now returning home I understand that’s there a 15 day process but I have a wedding to attend at the end of August

I ordered a suit and thought I ordered…
I ordered a suit and thought I ordered my size but mistakenly when I received the item its was a European size not a Us size so I contacted them via email to see if I could simply exchange it for another one or at very least get a more expensive option and pay the difference and they would not work with me at all… I ordered from them before and understand the policy, but firstly when I ordered the suit I wasn’t under the impression that it was a final sale because I wouldn’t have paid over $200 dollars for it. Now I’m stuck with a suit that’s extremely too small and I’m out of $238 dollars… I will never order from them again, which is a shame because I’ve suggested this site to multiple people and I actually like their suits but them not being able to at least give a one time grace is unacceptable…

Do NOT Buy from this company!
Terrible quality and fit. Suit jacket has loose strings from garment hanging. Suit was delivered wrinkled which shows poor quality materials.
Tried to exchange the pants as they were too tight and was charged for a new pair. Had to purchase because I’m a groomsmen.
I would never give Viossi another dime. Do not buy from this company!

The quality of the materials used to make this suit
Leaves a lot to desire ! Also I am not happy with the buttons not in alinement on the front of jacket It has become a big hassle to shop on line for clothing reasonably priced and find that the suit that you ordered was made subpar in quality of materials and construction
I wasted money once again on falsely advertised
Clothing. I would not shop this name brand VIOSSI again , period !!! In addition the suits look fabulous in advertisement but they fall flat in using
Inferior quality materials . I work hard for my money

Clothing size
I don't understand why they sell non-standardized sizes! if I order a European size EU 56, I expect this size standardized for European cans and nothing else! If I buy clothes in any store in any EU country, they are always the same size and the clothes fit me (that's why I took the risk of ordering through the e-shop). However, it turned out that the goods came from Turkey, where they probably produce these goods. Why do some manufacturers "mainly from Asia" sew according to other standards, where do they get them??? Nice cut, material and relatively high-quality design, but the suit is completely unusable, it cannot be worn. Too bad money spent. We paid customs duty in the amount of 20% of the goods and if I had to pay postage back, I would be even more in the red. I prefer to use these rags to mop the floor of the house. Be CAREFUL!

When you contacted us saying the size was wrong and the jacket did not fit, the team immediately responded to help you.
We asked you to send a picture of you wearing the suit so the fulfillment team could better understand the fit discrepancy.
Crucially, we provided you with the direct link to the return portal so you could file an exchange.
Since we did not receive any further response or follow-up from you after providing the return link, the team was unable to complete the exchange process. We did not tell you that you could not return the item; rather, we provided the means to do so.
