Horrible customer service
I purchased a blazer from this company, and it did not fit. They do not tell you that their sizes run small. I emailed them several weeks later to see if I could exchange it and they told me it was passed their two week return window. For 100$ more I could exchange it. There is no way Im giving them anymore money. That is a horrible way to treat customers. I would advise not to use them.

Looking at the timeline for your order:
- The order was delivered on Thursday, November 6, 2025.
- We initially replied to your email about a return and sent you the link to our return portal on Friday, November 14, 2025, giving you the opportunity to start the return within the standard window.
- However, you waited until Friday, November 28, 2025, to let us know you wanted to exchange again, which was after the return window had already closed.
We truly want to help you secure the correct size, which is why we offered the manual exchange option! If the team were to make exchanges outside of the return window (and outside of REDO coverage) without charging for the additional labor and logistics required for manual processing and shipping, our company would unfortunately be losing money and wouldn't be able to stay open long. The $100 fee is solely to cover our costs for handling this specific exception.
We genuinely hope you can understand our position, and the team is still here to help process that manual exchange if you decide to move forward!
Poor quality and service

The suit ended up being too small for me and unwearable. The suit was also very poor quality for being that expensive. They didn't let me return it either. Stay away from Viossi. You've been warned!

The quality of their suits is very poor. Thin material and poor fit. Thin lining. Initially customer service was good until we requested a refund or actually exchange. They refused as a “button was broken” when in fact it was not when we sent it back. The quality is very poor. Despite paying for their “RE-DO” they didn’t accept the return. We are stuck with a cheap quality suit that cannot be worn that cost 400 bucks. Very very poor customer service. Do not fall for this scam.

- Assistance from our fulfillment team upon placing your order based on your height and weight.
- Detailed sizing information and instructions on how we measure our suits.
- Immediate assistance with your request for an exchange to a larger size to bypass the refund restocking fee.
- A formal investigation by our senior team regarding the condition of the returned item upon your request.
The reason your return was ultimately refused was not arbitrary. After a thorough internal review, the team confirmed that the jacket was received at our facility with a damaged/detached button, which was against our standard Return & Refund Policy. Our policy clearly states that we cannot accept returns for items that arrive back to us in a damaged condition, as they must be in brand new, unworn, and resellable condition. While you noted that the button might be an easy fix, once an item is received damaged, it cannot be sold as new, and the logistics and costs involved in restoring it are significant.
Despite the policy violation, the team made an exception to assist you with the damaged part by:
Shipping the suit back to your preferred address.
Shipping new buttons from Turkey at our expense after you confirmed a piece was missing upon receiving the item back.
The team's efforts to send you replacement parts, even after the return was denied, show our genuine commitment to assisting you. However, we must remain firm in adhering to our return policy regarding the condition of returned goods.

Don’t trust them. It’s a huge pain
Really disappointed with my experience. I wanted something suave and classic before my brother in laws wedding and although I was nervous to order from them, thought their website and clothes looked pretty professional. At first the communication with Josh from Customer Service was very helpful so I thought, why not give the new guy a shot.
When I got the suit, the quality wasn’t bad but pants were stitched in a way that went up my butt and I could barely walk in them much less sit or dance. so instead of having a great time with friends and family at a destination wedding, I had to run around town two days before the wedding to find a suit. I instead had to spend 1500 on a bonobos suit and have it rush delivered to make it on time.
I could have forgiven that but when I contacted them with videos and pictures requesting an exchange or refund and they gave me the run around for MONTHS basically telling me I didn’t know how pants were supposed to fit then offering me less than I paid for the suit and negotiating with me about the price of the return (so much for “easy returns” on their website).
What’s even WORSE is that I finally agreed to have them take the suit back after weeks of arguing about the refund price, and although I paid to ship it back, they said they “never received it” although UPS said they handed it to someone and confirmed the receipt.
I was really excited to use them in the future but wow did the experience cause so much of a pain in my ass.

Not for MEN with muscles
Honestly the only thing this company has going for it is beautiful, well made, products. Everything else is quite frustrating. Customer service is not existent. No one ever answers the phone. These tuxedos are the smallest "slim fit" I've ever tried on in my life, I have 17" arms (which is average) and there is just no way to move them in these sleaves. This product is meant for toothpicks, if you are of average build or lift any kind of weights, do not order unless you want to try 3 sizes larger and risk paying a 20% restocking fee.

I normally ware a 44L
I normally ware a 44L, I ordered a 46 because the tuxedo came in slim. Needless to say the suit was still too tight. I’m having to spend another 120.00 buck on alterations and go on a diet before my event just to wear it. Could have returned it, and paid a 20% restocking fee plus and return shipping cost. I chose to keep the suit in that the total cost was about the same. My opinion, these suits are designed for slim folks only.

Don’t buy…
The fact that you can’t return a final sale item for at least an exchange when it’s the wrong size is insane. It’s a final sale so I get no returns but not allowing people to exchange it for the right size is a horrible business model. Especially when someone has never bought a suit from your store and has no idea how it will fit. And yes I put my measurements in and bought the size your site recommended. I was offered an exchange but had to pony up another 100 bucks plus shipping costs to return a $199 suit as a “special favor”. No thanks! I will never purchase from your site again and will review your company to make sure nobody else gets taken.

Despite the firm policy regarding this special collection, the team acknowledged your situation as a first-time customer and decided to make an exception by offering you a manual exchange for a different size or style. This offer was made as a "special favor" because we genuinely wanted to assist you in finding a garment that worked.
However, processing returns and exchanges for heavily discounted items, which fall outside of our standard policies, requires manual labor, special processing, and reshipping costs. The $100 fee was presented solely to cover these associated costs for the special exception we offered, not as a profitable negotiation.

Service client déplorable
J'ai commandé un ensemble costume/chemise sur le site de Viossi, pour lequel je n'ai reçu que la chemise et pour lequel j'ai payé 50€ de frais de douanes. N'ayant pas reçu de nouvelles du costume, il a fallu que j'envoie un message au service client pour déclancher la livraison du costume, pour lequel j'ai payé cette fois un supplément de 30€ de droit de douanes. Si je ne les avais pas relancé, je n'aurais jamais reçu le costume. Aucun geste commercial ne m'a été accordé après avoir demandé à plusieurs reprises une compensation pour les droits de douanes (qui n'étaient pas clairement mentionnés à l'achat), et les problèmes de livraison.
