Have ordered multiple times and each time the product arrived in a timely manner. The product itself is great and seems to be well made. One slight glitch with their web site order form was resolved very expeditiously by their customer service folks.

Total crap product
My dad ordered a jacket and shirt for me as a Christmas gift. He was so excited to give it to me and I felt so bad now that I know how much he paid for this garbage. The product feels like a cheap Halloween costume and compared to my old reversible flight jacket from boot camp. I will never wear this out in public and if I could get my dad his money back without him knowing why I would.

Old Marine
As an older former Marine using the computer can sometimes be a challenge. I ordered three shirts and thought I had done a single order but had done three separate orders. VinCustom followed up with questions to me and resolved the issue quickly. Great people and cool military apparel.

My mistake not theirs
These people are awesome I thought I had Problem with my phone cover and emailed them. They got right back to me within minutes. Then I found I didn’t have a problem it was me that made an error. So I sent another email to them to let them know that I resolved the problem. Again within minutes they replied. If you order a product from them you can rest assured that they are for real and care about us veterans.

Vincustom creates requested items that are precise and of good quality
Vincustom creates requested items precisely how an order is submitted. I ordered a T-shirt last summer and overlooked its delivery arrival. i was a bit perturbed when after months,I didn't see a package.
After a complaint to the company (which offered me a secondary discounted product), my wife found the package hidden among a pile of deliveries in a corner of our bedroom.
Upon opening the parcel, I was pleasantly pleased with the product ordered, and will order additional items in the future as well as inform my fellow veterans to submit orders as well.

Beautiful Product

first off...i ordered their shirt and realized i wasnt sure whether i would get it in time for a trip i was planining so i emailed them and i almost fell out of my chair at how fast i got a response..i thought it was a auto response but when i read it they addressed each of my questions and i replied back and low and behold they replied again...so now i just will wait till what they advised comes true...i have no reason not to believe it to be true!

Missing customized baseball cap
I received my husband customized shirt not as good material shown on line but at least the customized was correct I Also order the matching baseball cap same customization never received it. Try to reach customer service they e-mail says it’s resolved and it isnt now I can’t reach anyone on 1/3/26 order date 12/13/2025 vin-410250!! Customer service reach out to me via e-mail the day after I posted saying my baseball cap was in my mailbox I appreciate that but since the end of December I have been trying to get confirmation about my order was difficult I explained Cust serv needs improvement and the baseball cap is good quality hat not the style I saw but I like it… Thanks Vin
