Product not what was represented in catalog. Material is very cheap, the quality overall is a disgrace (Marine corps 250 anniversary shirt). The flag and marine corps emblem look like patches in photo, what they actually are is printed on the shirt.

I ordered an Army Veteran Bomber jacket for my husband at Christmas. Our neighbor loved it so much, he wanted one also! So, my husband ordered him a Navy Veteran Bomber Jacket. He was so happy and absolutely loves it!

My recommendation is to order one size down, because the jackets fit large.

Our neighbor requested a Large, but we bought him a medium and it fit him perfectly!

I placed my order# GEV48665 on 2/5. As of 2/19 I haven't received any information about my order other than the $59.99 that was charged on my credit card. If I don't hear anything from your company I will be forced to dispute the amount charged. This item was for my son's birthday which is 2/20.

Gearvet produced a very good product and when we discovered that the phone case sent did not fit our phone, they were very gracious to replace it. I ordered my case for my iPhone when I received it I was happily surprised by the quality of the case with all my information on it, but I accidentally ordered the wrong phone case. I ordered a case for an iPhone 15 which is what I did receive but I actually have an iPhone 16 and wanted to return the case I received and exchange it for the iPhone 16 They offered to just replace the wrong case with the correct case at no charge. I am totally surprised and pleased. What a great company to deal with. Thank you very much

I have made several orders with GearVet and always fully satisfied with materials received, quality as promised, service, feedback and in one case where I had not entered information to be added where required, they kindly corrected the order. I ordered a Marine sweatshirt as a Christmas present for a family member the was a marine veteran. When I didn't receive it in time for Christmas I contacted the company and they said they would sent out another one instead. I received it in no time at all. They promptly took care of the problem for me.

The company sent my initial order. When I receive the order everything looked great. The colors was bright and vibrant, but I ordered a size to big. I called the company and they was ready to ship out another jacket a size smaller for a minimum fee and I can keep the original hoodie I ordered. I agreed to all recommendations. This company is a great company to order military coats, hats, hoodies and bomber jackets. Highly recommend them.

Customer service is exceptional! Bought my husband, the Marine a leather jacket for his 75 birthday. There was a problem with one of the patches. I notified Gearvet, they responded immediately & replaced his jacket! I ordered a second quilted jacket in the wrong size, once again they stepped up and are sending me a new jacket. Thank you.

I ordered one of the marine corps jackets for my husband in his normal XL and it fit perfectly. I ordered another for myself. I usually wear a 3XL so I got a 5XL to go over my chest. I did not realize it was a men's 5XL so it was huge. I sent an email asking to exchange it. Amber responded back within 24hrs. She explained that because they come from overseas it is hard to do an exchange, but offered to send me a different size at a huge discount. I can't say enough about Gearvet and their customer service. My husband & I truly loved the jackets. Do not hesitate to order from this company. The quality of the jackets are amazing, especially for the price.
