I ordered a product and received an email stating it had been delivered but it hadn't. I have requested they investigate and provide evidence of delivery. Instead I have received the same information, no investigation and no outcome for a product I paid for. Unfortunately I will need to escalate this and report as potentially this could be a scam website.
