No response from customer service despite 3 emails asking question as to why they changed their Magtein branding from carrying branding to no branding . The only magnesium threonate product legally permitted to be sold in uk is Magtein. So why have they removed branding. Presumably because they are selling a non permitted form of magnesium threonate.

I bought Liposomal Vitamin C to support my immune system during busy weeks. After consistent use I felt less run down and more balanced. The liquid absorbs quickly and tastes better than most I’ve tried. My order arrived early and in perfect condition. Solid product and easy to recommend.

I have used this product before, so I was very disappointed when my product NEVER arrived. After numerous attempts to contactthe company has resulted in NO replies. Telephone number on the site DOES NOT work.
I want my money back. They say they have delivery the courier left it with someone that none of my neighbours have heard of.

I liked the packaging and the company has been informative regarding delivery time and date however, I'm more concerned about the quality of the capsules as the colour is not equal and looke slightly different due to probably stocking.

I buy this product chanca piedra, on behalf of my mum. She was on it firstly for 3 months, took her off for 1 month, there was a noticeable difference. Firstly, the 3 months that she was on it, I noticed major differences to the gout condition, which is beyond extreme, not only was it stopping and reversing new accumulation of the uric acid, it was also reducing the hard formed uric acid with in the various areas where she had it. The 1 month, that she wasn't taking it, it started to reaccumilate. She has gone back on it, for just over two weeks from writing this message, the new formed uric acid is no longer there. This has been, for me a very important product, that honestly works. I'm noticing effects of taking chanca piedra, is suiting this condition. I am grateful for this product. In addition it's vegan! I have tried other stuff, but didn't even touch the gout. Where as this is very impressive, I will continue her on it, and am taking it myself too. Thank you Vinco, keep up the great work, your making a important difference in our lives!

As much as I am happy with the magnesium supplements, everything to do with the customer service side of things is appalling to say the least!

Their FAQs state that they don't offer subscriptions, yet you can absolutely purchase Vinco supplements on a subscription basis... HOWEVER:

. you have zero control over the subscription: when, how much, frequency or stopping it.

. there is a link to a third-party website to show you how to manage the subscription but the video does not match the options available on your account (mine anyway).

. the stuff just gets dispatched regardless.

. no one replies to emails or messages sent directly from their website.

. from your account, you can't even close the account to stop any further payments being taken.

. the chatbot confirmed that my last shipment would get postponed as requested.... nope, it still went out!

I do plan on trying the phone number but I'm not holding much hope unfortunately.

This company does not respond to customer queries. I’ve tried to contact them several times about accessing my account so that I can cancel a subscription and they have never responded. Subsequently, I’ve been charged again for a product I don’t want! I’ve had to raise the issue with PayPal as Vinci continue to ignore me.

I’ve had less knee stiffness since starting Vinco’s Glucosamine and Chondroitin capsules. Really impressed with the quality and results. A solid choice for anyone dealing with joint issues.

I’ve been a regular buyer of Vinco’s Phosphatidylserine, but my most recent order arrived with many capsules stuck together as if exposed to high heat. I submitted a complaint through their contact form straight away, yet never heard anything back. Very disappointing both in terms of product quality and customer service.

Excellent product( magnesium) and fast delivery.

The item appears to have been delivered to the wrong address. The tracking information states that a card was left and that the item was left in a safe place. No card was left and I do not recognise where the item has been left from the photo. I realise this is not the fault of Vinco Supplements, however the reason for the bad review is that all my attempts to contact you regarding this have been ignored. According to the royal mail website there is nothing I can do in this situation, it is up to the sender to contact them.

Extremely Disappointed – No Product, No Response
I ordered NMN from Vinco Supplements over a month ago and paid €53. To this day, I have not received the product. Despite multiple emails and attempts to contact them by phone, I have received no response whatsoever.

This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Taking payment without delivering the product — and then ignoring all communication — raises serious concerns about the legitimacy and reliability of this company.

I strongly advise others to avoid Vinco Supplements until they prove they can deliver orders and respond to their customers.
