Absolutely love the look of this watch. Both unique and stately. A bit heavy on the wrist, but that's to be expected (it IS marble, after all). Would love another, but waiting to see if the red marble version returns since I missed out on it the first time.

Bought 2 watches and a bracelet for Christmas and more recently 2 pair of sunglasses. Service was excellent and products were of very good quality.. very happy overall.

Terrible Customer Service – Impossible to Reach & No Refund!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Vincero. Over two months ago, I initiated a return for my Argo Automatic watch ($300), which was approved. To ensure a smooth process, I used DHL, as Vincero has a partnership with them, and even paid an additional fee for the return service.

Despite following all the procedures correctly, I still haven’t received my refund. The worst part? Their customer service is completely unreachable. They do not reply to emails, they ignore messages sent via their website’s support form, and they simply do not respond at all. It’s as if they have vanished after taking my money.

To make matters worse, the return package with my watch could not be delivered to their address—the shipment was unsuccessful. It seems like Vincero is no longer even at their listed location. This raises serious concerns about whether they are still operating as a legitimate company.

This is beyond unacceptable. A company that refuses to communicate with its customers, does not process refunds, and cannot even receive return shipments is simply not trustworthy. If you’re considering buying from Vincero, think twice—because if you ever need support or a refund, you won’t get one. Avoid at all costs!

Brutal customer service. Bait and switch, no warranty at all. Can not stand behind their product and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Vincero has amazing customer service. I ordered the wrong watchband size and immediately the staff at Vincero worked with me on an exchange. Then, when the new band came, my mail was stolen and Vincero issued a quick replacement. Its been a long time since I had as quick and communicative service than I have had with this company. The staff are kind and effective. I highly recommend this company and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

This watch is very stylish and attractive. Good quality. Great customer service. My husband loved his Christmas gift.

My father bought me a Rouge watch 4 years ago, and it soon replaced all other watches I wore. The Crown failed recently and I reached out to Vincero right away, through their recommendations with great communication with their team via email. We were not able to fix the watch locally due to me living in a smaller metro. Vincero went well above what was necessary and replaced my 4 year old Rouge with a brand new watch under their warranty. The communication was great, I will definitely recommend Vincero not only by craftsmanship but by their customer service teams ability to handle a situation.
