Terrible Customer Service – Impossible to Reach & No Refund!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Vincero. Over two months ago, I initiated a return for my Argo Automatic watch ($300), which was approved. To ensure a smooth process, I used DHL, as Vincero has a partnership with them, and even paid an additional fee for the return service.

Despite following all the procedures correctly, I still haven’t received my refund. The worst part? Their customer service is completely unreachable. They do not reply to emails, they ignore messages sent via their website’s support form, and they simply do not respond at all. It’s as if they have vanished after taking my money.

To make matters worse, the return package with my watch could not be delivered to their address—the shipment was unsuccessful. It seems like Vincero is no longer even at their listed location. This raises serious concerns about whether they are still operating as a legitimate company.

This is beyond unacceptable. A company that refuses to communicate with its customers, does not process refunds, and cannot even receive return shipments is simply not trustworthy. If you’re considering buying from Vincero, think twice—because if you ever need support or a refund, you won’t get one. Avoid at all costs!

Hi Luciano. We appreciate your time in writing us a review and it looks like you had a less than stellar experience with us, which we apologize for.

According to our records and correspondence with you, you initiated a return and received a full refund for an order you placed at the end of November once the return was received midway through the month of February of 2025. Sometimes with returns, they get lost in transit to us, or delayed due to peak shipping times. We do not have any partnership with DHL, or any other shipping entity for that matter either, but are happy to provide the ability to accept packages from multiple shipping couriers. Unsure of the issue you are seeing on your end as the refund was sent back, along with a note to you.

We recently reached out again to you and hope to salvage your customer experience with us.
