You've never made a purchase from our website, there is no record of you - we've been in business since 2012 and have never had an issue, perhaps you ordered from a similarly named company? We are Viking Lab Supply, not Viking Labs as they do have many mixed reviews and cater to a completely different customer base ..... if you had been our customer, then we would have done everything in our power to resolve the issue. You have provided zero proof of doing business with us and your review contrasts with our other reviews as our customers are happy with our services. I would personally advise not to reorder from a website that hasn't fulfilled your order.
