So I did have an issue with an order, but after speaking with customer service, they were quick to help and resolve the situation very quickly. I do enjoy buying from this company. They have really good deals.

I have bought $5k+ of products from them and have been very pleased. I had a cloudy vial once and reached out, provided pictures, proof of using their BAC water and showing I reconstituted properly, and they immediately sent a replacement. I was very impressed with their customer service and continue to order from them. Their products are great. I wish they would provide current batch + COA but otherwise, great overall experience.

Do not waste your money with Real Peptides. I received a completely defective, crashed batch of ARA-290 that turned into a milky, cloudy mess immediately upon reconstitution.
When I reached out to customer service with clear proof of the issue (including control groups showing the exact same sterile BAC water worked perfectly on other compounds), their support team completely ducked responsibility. They claimed that because I didn't buy my BAC water directly from their storefront, they void all liability for the bad batch. Absolute nonsense logic.
To make matters worse, instead of a refund or replacement for their faulty product, they offered me a 40% off coupon code to buy more. A completely insulting gesture considering they run 50% off sales on their site almost every week.
Bad batches happen in this industry, but hiding behind absurd technicalities to keep a customer's money is a choice. They do not stand behind their research materials. Take your business to a vendor that actually respects its buyers and understands basic quality control. 🚩
EVERYTHING!! The order was supposed to arrive in 2-8 days it arrives 15 days later and the bottle of selank spray was EMPTY. Contacted them stating I wanted a refund, that their refund policy states. It escalated into multiple emails, threatening if I tried to do a chargeback they would permanently block me, which they did, who cares they are awful. Their refund policy for late shipments clearly stated if the order was late in delivery they would refund the cost and on top of it the bottle had leaked in transit and because it had been put outside my door by the carrier that deemed it was received correctly and no refund would be given. Well be ready to be canceled if you challenge them on the products/service they don't keep their word to provide. I am doing a charge back for $129 which they have stated they won't refund or replace now. Buyer be ware!

This company has terrible/non existent customer service. UPS lost my order that cost $320
I filed a claim with UPS as directed and UPS sent request to RP to verify the order. RP says they didn’t receive the request from UPS. I asked UPS to send it again. RP says they didn’t receive the 2nd request. UPS stated there must be an issue with the email RP has on file with them. I have asked RP to contact UPS directly to figure out the problem. All I get from RP are AI generated emails stating they can’t help until they hear from UPS. Also No one answers the phone number that RP has listed for customer service. I have been dealing with this for almost 2 months with no help from RP

RP did send replacement of lost order after I posted negative review. I do appreciate that they finally did the right thing. The fact that it took 2 months and a negative review for them to finally do it, gives me no confidence in their company and how they handle problems.
These guys went from 5 stars to 1 based on a loss of trust which is rule #1 in peptides. We’ve bought $10-15k worth of peptides from them due to good customer service and the appropriate COA’s for each peptide we bought. Not to mention 20-30 referrals we’ve sent. I just ordered 50mg vials of SS-31 and realized right away there was no corresponding COA on their website for this per their promise that all peptides are tested/passed with COA on file. They tried to tell me their 10mg vial tested 9/11/25 was the same which is not how testing works as it also measures the weight per vial… As well, SS-31 has been out of stock multiple times since last September so I know the batches have changed requiring new COA’s. Either someone has made a mistake and their customer service is handling this completely wrong or this is a complete breach of the all important trust. I simply asked them to pull my order and refund before it’s sent but they’re too busy for that and prefer I jump through multiple hoops as the customer who “trusted them” to return it for a refund once received… They’re unable to send or post the appropriate COA which is the loss of this customer for sure.

These guys are a NO - they send all of these emails with big discounts like IRS50 (50% off on tax day) but when you go to their site and apply the code, it never works right. Today was the 50% off code. My cart was $278. The code removed $77. Clearly not 50%. This is the THIRD time this has happened. Each time I emailed them and included screen shots. They never respond - not ever. Not one response to any email to customer service. Horrible!
