Stay away. They send other products. Then they refuse to refund.
Had to make 2 paypal claims.

Ordered a power board for a Kingzone K1 and received a microphone replacement. I tried to contact them by email and never got an answer. The only way to get any feedback from them is to use the website contact form. I used it 3 times, the aswer was always the same "your problem will be solved ASAP" More than one month as passed, escalated to paypal and the only way to get my money back is to return an item I did not ask by paying return costs that are more than the item price. Don't deal with these scammers!!!!!!

I purchased smartphone (No.1 X2) seven months ago from Vifocal. After 30-40 days and numerous e-mails with my inquiery what is going on it finally arrived. The phone worked fine for few months and than I started having problems. Now the phone is nonfunctional. I tried to contact Vifocal several times through e-mail but there was no answer. Nothing. Be advised and don't do business with Vifocal, you'll be ripped off.

So happy that I chose the free shipping method and it took 2 weeks for my Goophone N4 to arrive in New Zealand. Luckily I didnt go for the express shipping because I see some people out there saying it should arrive before 8 days which it came after 8 days. Ordered on 13 August 2015 and arrived on 29th August 2015. Well I felt alot worried since I was reading these peoples reviews after ordering my phone saying its a total scam so I am feeling relief now that I'm lucky to recieve my item in the mail. But only 1 thing I'm disapointed of was that the box says it has 32GB memory but it came up 16GB on my phone but still I'm happy with the phone but nothing is damaged or wrecked. I will be buying another smart phone off this website soon.

I ordered for an item from the website paying for DHL express too, my order number "Order #100017749" stayed as processing for 5 days, and i tried to contact them, they replied me, not to worry, i will get my item. Later they didn't respond to any email, also when i tried to talked through Facebook page, they blocked and removed my comments, these ppl are scammers!!

Impressed by the 7 days it took for my zopo zp999 to arrive from China ( good price after paying £30 customs tax). 4 stars because the free leather case was missing, but customer services were very prompt in assuring me they'll send it to me. Happy with my purchase and if the case arrives will make it 5 stars.

I purchased a product from this company for $160 on February 8th. I didn't see an email for shipping and tracking information, so naturally I sent a friendly email to ask for my tracking information. I was told that my item had been shipped and that I would receive more information after they come back from a 'holiday'. 3 days past without any additional information from them, so I contacted them again. I was told this time that my item had not been shipped unlike what they had told me earlier, and that they were on 'holiday'until the 21st. The 21st came without a shipping confirmation, so I contacted them again, this time with no response. I have contacted them everyday sense without a single response and today is the 25th. DO NOT BUY FROM VIFOCAL! IT IS A SCAM!!!!!
