Sent faulty item. Very poor quality control. Trying to refund for a refund is a nightmare. Email after email and still no further forward. Have now gone through my bank as a chargeback.

Bunch of clowns. Ignore the paid YouTubers!!!!!

Thinborne sent incorrect phone case. Took them several weeks to respond to me message. Once I sent the phone case back. No reply to confirm receipt after I sent several emails and even called them only to be not answered. Awful customer service. I contacted PayPal and received an instant refund.

Hands down the best case I’ve purchased for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. Incredibly thin & very elegant. Shows off the amazing design of the phone while keeping it protected. The images online do not do its justice, you need to hold it in your hands to truly understand.

I ordered the case for the Pixel Fold 10 in October 2025, and it never arrived. I sent numerous emails, and they gave me excuses every time.
Scam, don't buy from this company.

I have had the best experience with Thinborne so far. The shipping on my case was quite fast. And after installing the front piece to my Fold 7, I noticed these white specks near the top speaker port. And me being OCD I went ahead and reached out to their customer service. They responded in like 4 hours, and offered to send a replacement for the front the same day.

And as for the case in all it is beautiful. Feels like actually woven carbon fiber and covers the phone very well. Good fit too! I would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you again, Thinborne!!

SAME EXPERIENCE as all the other customers. I ordered 11th October and now, two months later, the order is still showing "under process".

THEY DONT ANSWER to emails, or chat.

ZERO customer service, Not trustworthy.

The case that arrived in August was defective, and the company was notified immediately. It took from August 15 until November 26th to receive the replacement. They refused to refund after multiple requests made during the interim. I had to initiate a USPS mail search as the package was mislabelled by them, and circulated for about a month between various post offices. Total and absolute incompetence!

Worst customer service. Ordered a case over a month ago. Inquiries come back with a generic message that they with followup with shipper.

Asked for a refund and company went dark and stopped communications.

Stay away from this provider as they are a scam.

Thinborne case did not - has not arrived. It’s been nearly 2 months now. Customer service says they will look into carrier handler then have got dark. No reply from Ken. I’m beginning to think that it’s a scam company. Be wary buying online from them.

Ordered a case for my Galaxy Fold 7 from them and paid for fast delivery. I live about 2 hours from the main warehouse, so I expected the product in a timely manner. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I ended up ordering a case that was shipped from mainland China, and it showed up before the Thinborne case. So, I reached out to stop shipment on the Thinborne, seeing as I had a case for my phone now. They replied on a Friday saying "the case is in shipment" and that they couldn't cancel order refund my order, that I had to refuse the package and when they received it back, they could then refund me. Now at that point, it had been well over a month and still no case from a company who operates less than 2 hours from where I live. So 4 days go by since they told me its been processed and shipped, and have to go out of town. Wouldn't you know it, the second day Im gone, I get an update THEN that the case had shipped, and was delivered the next day. Out of town, couldn't refuse the package. I'm not sending the case back through the mail, because I feel like this company will say they never received it and not give me my refund, so one day soon I'll drive the case up to the warehouse and drop it off. And better believe I will NEVER purchase anything from them ever again. That's what I get for trying to buy from a local source.
TL/DR- Thinborne took 5 weeks to send a case 2 hours away, while deliberately giving false information multiple times about the product being shipped to avoid giving refunds. DO NOT SHOP HERE

I have been waiting for a phone case for 1,5 months now, the delivery guide haven't delivered the case to me and went for holidays. UPS hotline 'Carlos' is always pushing back to the sender and don't solve my case, now they ask for money..

Ordered a phone case. Five days later the case still hasn't shipped and they won't cancel or refund the order.

Ordered the case and paid an extra £35 for fast shipping, I received no tracking number and have still not received the case, AVOID.

I wanted to get super thin case and didn't mind paying extra for good quality case- Let me tell you what an experience I've had. Case i got didn't fit right as it was made too small. I contacted the customer service and they told me to ship it back at my own expense despite product was actually faulty. I thought ok i don't what the case as it doesnt fit just issue a refund/replacement once item is genuinely faulty. I live in EU so shipping it back was like €25. After months going back and forth they claimed that they haven't received the parcel. Despite I've had tracking that it was received. Weeks with no response to emails once I've had tracking to proof that they got it. Total scam this company. Cases are made in China not US. I've had better cases actually from China. All they give you is super fancy box and shite enough case. Don't buy. All reviews you see on youtube are sponsored. Don't believe any word. On a separate note cases I've got since directly from china for 10% of the price are 100%. Lesson learned

I would buy this case in an instant if it didn't have your branding on it. Wonderful product but I'm not trying to advertise for you. I'm sure a lot of people feel the same.

Received a defective product (wireless charging doesnt work). Support doesnt reply for weeks already. Do not buy!

I purchased a case from Australia. Case cracked at bottom with in 2 months. I emailed support they offered to replace it if I pay $31 Australian for shipping. Lousy support. Won’t buy again. Beware of warranty

Terrible customer experience, I cancelled my order , days later they decided to send it anyway. I got charged to ship it back to them and got charged customs which ended up costing more then their garbage products. There response is basically that it sucks to be me.

Terrible customer service. Case is nice but there are issues with the front piece sticking. Tried to contact customer service who take 1 day to reply to each message. So disappointed as not cheap. Shop elsewhere
