Wir hatten den 6 Tage Pass und waren begeistert. Haben in den 6 Tagen sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten besucht und die vier Hop On Hop Off Linien dafür häufig benutzt. Die Nutzung war einfach und problemlos. Absolute Empfehlung wenn man viel in Wien sehen will. Macht es deutlich einfacher einen Überblick über das Urlaubsbudget zu behalten weil die Eintritte bereits abgegolten sind. Wäre toll wenn noch die Katakombenführung und der Turm des Stephandoms abgegolten wären.

Deckt den Eintritt für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten ab.
War für zwei Personen zwei Tage eine Ersparnis von €300

Deeply Disappointing Experience – Staff Rudeness & Ticketing Scam

We specifically planned our trip to Vienna around visiting Schönbrunn Palace, which made this experience all the more devastating.

We arrived at 10:30 AM on May 1st (a public holiday) with the Vienna Pass in hand. What we did not know — and were never clearly warned about — is that the Vienna Pass alone is not sufficient to enter the Palace; you still need to queue for a separate ticket. Fine. We waited.

When we finally reached the ticket counter, the staff member responded to our request with nothing but a piece of paper showing "16:26" — the only available time slot — without any explanation, context, or basic courtesy. When we asked about other attractions, her only response was "read the papers." No help, no guidance, nothing.

At 4:00 PM, when we checked our ticket to head to the Palace, we realized she had issued us a ticket for the "State Apartments" — not the full Palace ticket we had paid for. We had purchased the most expensive option available through the Vienna Pass, and she gave us the cheapest one, seemingly out of spite or sheer indifference.

When we raised this issue at the Palace entrance, the staff member there simply said: "Not my problem — go and complain." This is an unacceptable response from anyone working in hospitality and tourism.

Visitors come to this country to learn, to experience, and to admire. Being treated with contempt and dishonesty by palace staff is not just a personal offense — it reflects poorly on Vienna as a destination. I strongly urge management to review their staff's conduct, especially during high-demand holiday periods.

We bought a two-day ticket and we were able to justify the cost. However, since many museums close early, the visits were too stressful, and we couldn't get into some exhibitions. Perhaps the three-day ticket is a better option, but since the days are consecutive, it significantly limits the trip. We also couldn't use the Hop-on Hop-off bus as it ends at 6:00 PM.
Honestly, considering the limited time available, it's not worth buying. On the other hand, we didn’t have to queue to buy tickets at each museum, which can be an advantage during peak season.

Il sito non ti fa capire subito che il Vienna Pass non ti fa accedere ad una sezione del palazzo di Schonbunn, che devi pagare a parte, e non è altrettanto esplicito che devi prenotare con anticipo il museo di Sissi. Quindi, quando cerchi di vedere se il Vienna Pass ti conviene, conti attività che in realtà devi pagare a parte o che non riuscirai a fare, come nel mio caso, in quanto il museo di Sissi ha posti limitati di ingresso

Not able to book online as no tick box for vienna pass. The consequences of this should be clear on the website. Had to go to the venue and then wait sometimes 3 hours for a slot to be available. Not good if your only visiting for 4days. Also couldnt book guided tours in advance so had to purchase full priced ticket online for Sigmond Freud Exhibition so that we could get on the guided tour as it was selling out fast. So lost money. Emailed customer services but they refused to refund flexi ticket for 5 venues to 4. very cross.

Najlepsza była szybka dostępność atrakcji i brak konieczności zakupu biletów w poszczególnych miejscach. Jeśli ktoś jest nastawiony na zwiedzanie to zdecydowanie opłaca się kupić pass, który wyjdzie taniej niż suma za poszczególne bilety. Niestety podczas mojego wyjazdu nie działały autobusy hop on hop off z uwagi na maraton i taka informacja nie była zamieszczona podczas zakupu Vienna pass co uważam za minus.

Bon rapport qualité prix mais il n'est pas normal qu'on ne puisse pas réserver une date et un horaire pour la navette outlet comme ceux qui achètent leur billet,du coup s'il n'y a plus de place on est obligé de prendre la navette suivante
Parfois on peut entrer visiter juste en scannant le QR code et parfois il faut passer au guichet pour récupérer un billet d'entrée, ce n'est pas pratique

Nous avons acheté un vienna pass pour 3 jours. Nous l’avons bien rentabilisé. Dommage que les audios-guides ne soient pas systématiques, il faut souvent prévoir 5 ou 6 € en plus. Nous avons eu quelques difficultés pour trouver les emplacements des bus Hop-on Hop-off. Le personnel en gestion des billets sur les arrêts étaient très polis, nous avons juste eu un chauffeur sur la ligne rouge qui ne s’est pas arrêté il a continué sa route….

Tout était bien sauf le château de Schönbrunn où il faut rajouter de l’argent pour voir le plus intéressant.

The hop on bus has a very erratic schedule which you did not mention or provide the schedule.
Otherwise we did use the pass.

Wir waren fünf Tage in Wien. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir haben Vienna Pass genutzt, um vier Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Es war einfach und bequem.

Wir haben den Pass für 6 Tage online gekauft und somit noch mehr sparen können. Ein vielfältiges Angebot an Möglichkeiten. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Wien sehr genossen und stark von diesem Pass profitiert, vor allem finanziell. Zum Teil direkter Einlass zur Sehenswürdigkeit, ohne den Pass in ein separates Ticket umwandeln zu müssen - sehr nutzerfreundlich! Wir können den Vienna Pass wärmstens empfehlen :).

Assolutamente consigliato per chi vuole muoversi tranquillamente per Vienna e visitare le attrazioni comprese nel pass (90) che non sono poche.
