Although the individual who came to conduct the assessment was nice, he did not remove his shoes, nor did he ask whether it would be appropriate to keep them on. I found this somewhat presumptuous, as he entered my home where carpets are present throughout without seeking permission.

I was able to select a day that suited me and I received a call on the day once the man knew what time he would arrive. He was lovely and helpful, and the report was completed quickly.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Booked appointment well in advance. Had to be book annual leave to facilitate the appointment. Cancelled the evening before by sending a generic book an appointment email no reason given Not a personalise message. Very confusing... Very poor communication. Left hanging on the phone then on web chat. Even tried the SMS message. Booked instantly with another local company. I would not welcome this company into my home. Estate agency put us into contact with them, so this experience has a knock on effect. Have advised the agency so they can consider for future clients

Assessment not carried out properly
I was bombarded with emails texts and calls by vibrant
I selected my appointment to be told to have easy access to meters and loft. Which I had ready for when assessor turned up only for him to walk in each room and not look at meters or go in the loft he was in my house 10 minutes if that I don’t understand what he was actually doing
