Transfer was a no show
Booked a transfer from Charles De Gaulle airport to Paris months in advance. The transfer was a no show and we spent an hour looking for them before giving up. The company did not contact us, and it took a couple of emails from us to get them to "look into it". In the end we were sent a refund because "the transfer was unavailable",no apologies given and we wonder if a refund would have been provided if we didn't contact them. Very poor service.

The taxi I booked did not arrive
The taxi I booked did not arrive. I spoke to customer services 20 min before the taxi was due to check the booking. I then had to repeatedly chase them for a update as time passed. Eventually 50 minutes after contacting them I receive a message saying please proceed with another transport ! That was it . Terrible service I would not recommend.

We arrived in Venice 7hr later than our original flight. Our driver was there , extremely nice, and drove us to Ravenna. They were very helpful in the booking us since we arrived late night.

Service médiocre
J’ai réservé un taxi pour 16.00 à l’aéroport d’Athènes . Après 15 minutes d’attente , j’ai envisagé une solution de recharge. Le chauffeur de taxi m’a appelé 32 minutes après l’heure prévue en s’excusant. Du coup j’ai raté ma connexion-ferry pour Paros, billet non remboursable et les frais d’hôtel en plus. Cette compagnie n’ayant pas de hotline, vous êtes livrés à vous même. Après avoir communiqué par mail, ils m’ont considérée comme no-show et refusent le remboursement. Aucun respect pour leur client. À éviter à tout prix !!!

Excellent experience
Our recent transfer from the airport to our hotel was a fantastic start to our vacation. As first-time travelers with a baby, we had booked everything in advance and were a bit nervous. However, our worries were immediately put to ease. The chauffeur was right on time, the car was impeccably clean, and the service was exceptional. Excellent service
Our plane was delayed 2 hours and didn't arrive till midnight. Our driver was waiting with a smile. Very helpful. We had booked the minibus, it was immaculate and very comfortable. Tiptop service . Excellent value, highly recommend, will book again.
