Bad experience
I booked with this company for 2 trips in San Salvador, El Salvador and they confirmed one of them then canceled it a couple days later at the last minute. Then they canceled my second trip three days before the intended date during my vacation. Avoid this company or else you'll get headaches during your trip.

No es una empresa confiable pues no me recogieron
Quiero dejar un reclamo formal, dado que no vinieron a recoger a mi señora para llevarla al aeropuerto. Tuvimos que pedir un taxi urgente en el hotel quienes rápidamente nos ayudaron.
Esta empresa jugó con nuestro tiempo y se corrió el riesgo de llegar atrasado al aeropuerto con posible pérdida del vuelo. Además, su canal de atención de WhatsApp es muy lento para responder. Se demoraron minutos valiosos en verificar con el chófer donde estaba y para peor les dijeron que habían recogido a mi señora lo cual es totalmente falso. No entiendo el descaro de mentir ante estas situaciones.
Solicito el reembolso del dinero el cual pague por adelantado a través de despegar.com. De todas maneras he hecho el reclamo a través de su página.
Quedo muy decepcionado y molesto de vuestro servicio y mala gestión. Ideal que ustedes den las soluciones pero finalmente uno como cliente debe resolver.

Early tour in Portugal
It would be 4,5 stars because of long waiting to approval and I had to contact AT for that.
Otherwise so the driver was professional and the car was clean and comfortable. She deserved a good tips from us. It was much better than the others we had used.
From now on so we will just book AT when we travel with flights.

Both trips were in clean vehicles with friendly drivers.
