Quick shipping and good quality

I ordered a 15x15, 8 in 1 heat press that was just under $300 and I added purchase protection. I was supposed to receive my order a month ago. I never got it and the uni uni tracking said there was no such tracking number. I contacted vevor and they said it was transferred to a 3rd party and they didn’t have further tracking which seemed odd because I paid for shipping WITH tracking and insurance. A few days later I got an email saying my package was delivered but it most definitely wasn’t. I was then given photos “proving” it was delivered but the delivery photos are not even my house and clearly shows a different address right in the photos. Vevor said they would open an investigation and get back to me within 3-5 business to issue my refund. I never heard back from them, nor did I receive a refund and they closed my file. I had to reopen a file and request a refund or replacement. They told me my package was delayed?! Obviously not as it was delivered to someone else. Then they told me to go to the incorrect address it was delivered to and collect it myself. First off, it didn’t even show the full address, just the incorrect house number and a picture of the box on the ground and now they expect me to go track this package down?? I inquired about my shipping insurance and they never replied. I reached out again asking for an immediate update as it had been 2 weeks at that point with absolutely no resolution and they closed my file. No refund, never received my order. Just kept my money and ghosted me. Then they send me a form to fill out and said I would get an immediate refund once it was received. I filled it out and got an email that they closed my file AGAIN?! I reopened another claim and they asked for the file again. I sent it again and mentioned I had already sent it several days ago and didn’t receive my refund. Now they are telling me it’s the wrong file type. I resend another one and still no refund. What an absolute s*** show this company is. At this point it has been just shy of a month. They are giving me a run around for my refund or replacement. They are trying to make me figure out the wrong address it was delivered to and go collect it myself. Send forms over and over for them to to ignore me or refuse them and they will not give me a refund?! This company is such a scam. Do not order from them. I had to file a claim with my credit card company to reverse the charge.

Shipping was very fast The mitre gauge came in. Great package box. with quality foam to protect it. It’s a really nice quality part. Can’t wait to use it.

Product seems great quality. Haven’t used yet. Delivered one day after predicted but that’s fine. Too many marketing e-mails since signing up. Will have to delete profile as a result.

The product details are clearly described in a detailed manner which us thoughtful for the DIYer. Order process is intuitive and easy. Web pages are responsive without undue delay. Product arrived 2 days before the posted estimated arrival. Product pkge was in good condition. Mitre gauge parts and instructions all present. Excellent mitre gauge for my Bosch table saw. Superb value relative to other mitre gauges costing twice as much. Absolutely recommend this as a fine upgrade for a table saw.

I had a very disappointing experience with VEVOR.

I received a pottery wheel that arrived damaged and does not work. Since receiving it, I have tried multiple times to contact customer service to speak with a real person, but that seems impossible. Instead, I receive automated responses every couple of days saying they are “reviewing my case” and asking for another 48 hours each time.

Their proposed solution was to send me a new foot pedal, which would take about 15 days to arrive. However, I had the wheel inspected by an electrician, who confirmed that the problem is with the motor, not the pedal. I explained this clearly by email and asked for a full refund, but they keep insisting on sending the pedal instead of properly addressing the issue.

To make matters worse, I purchased the deluxe model that was on sale, but they shipped me the basic model without any notice, even though I paid for the more expensive version.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience with poor customer service and no real support.

I do not recommend this company.
