If you want to return something Goodluck no customer service just chat on computer they don't take refunds even though it's advertise on there site and they just credit 1/4 of what you paid beware st all cost better to buy threw amazon so you can return easily terrible customer service

DO NOT ORDER
I ordered 2 railings to be installed. Size says fits 1-3 steps. One was too long and went too far into the room. I ordered the correct size and then asked for a return label. Vevor keeps saying they are trying to resolve the issue. DO NOT BUY fro this company.. It says free returns but they won't tell you or accept the returns. I've had 5 emails..they still say they are trying to resolve the issue.. Total BS

WARNING
WARNING: Do NOT order from Vevor if you expect any accountability when things go wrong. My $160 order arrived in pieces — completely destroyed by shipping and 100% unusable. I provided photos and asked for a replacement. Instead of making it right, they slow-walked their responses and opened with a $48 offer. After exhausting back-and-forth, they've grudgingly increased it to $96 — still only half of what I paid for something I never got to use. This is not a company that stands behind its products. Avoid.

Impressed with the product. Instructions are not good. The drive spindle moves and you have to push them flush with the end of the tubes.
