Lucia is the best Vet ever at Vets Klinic in Swindon.
She has dealt with 2 of my dogs over the past year with passion, care and kindness. I won’t see any other Vet at the practice as she truly understands me and my pets.
Sadly both very old dogs had to be PTS and Lucia dealt with me and my dogs like they were her own. No rush, and as much care as she could possibly have given.

We have many animals left and they will only be seeing Lucia.

The vets that I dealt with were fine but the support staff were just worried about getting your money. It really does let them down as it felt like'you pay your bill and then you get your beloved dog back' As a result of this experience I will never use them again which is a shame. They need to show a lot more empathy and concern rather than only wanting your money!!

Came to vetsklinic and was met with love for my cats , money secondary, care,kindness, love, I'm not going any where else, I'm so greatful to vet Adrian amazing,kind and showed love ,helped my boy out straight away,I'm so so greatful to you, also nurses Zoe and Lydia for all their after care and love of casper, we are both so greatful to you all , my casper was in good hands with vets klinic, thankyou ❤️

🐯‼️‼️‼️ CAUTION ⚠️ ⚠️ our cat is like a miniature person but like people he thinks he’s slightly clever than he actually is so he jumped on something and cut his pad on his paw, so off to Vets clinic we went seemed okay not much of an examination, which is what you’re paying for to get medication so we left with antibiotics and painkillers, he had had similar things a year before so no caution needed so we thought we mix the medication in with fresh chicken breast but unfortunately he couldn’t hold that down and was there for the first time in his life but the alarming thing is, he still had a bad foot, but now he refused to eat and drink obviously feeling very ill so we’ve had a large Vet bill the cat still got a bad poor but now he’s very ill no compassion shown from these Vets quite simply bring him back we will charge for another examination and charge for a list of 💊 💊 medications are over inflated prices I explain this several times but it’s my problem really for taking the cat there in the first place two days later, still not eating or drinking feeling more than sorry for himself we are stressing him out by forcing water down his throat to keep him alive. so I really regret taking the cat to Vetsklinic cats is now poorly still and we are most certainly poorer in the wallet🐯❌❌❌

Excellent service. Kind and reassuring and so helpful. Martin was amazing with my old dog Buddy. Highly recommend.

Brilliant staff and amazing & caring Vets. Our adopted kitten had eye infection on both of his eyes and lost sight on both early days from birth. We try to course of medication for months, but it wasn't much a progress and kitten was in stress, always agressive. With consultation Asia it was time to remove both eyes to stop infection, runny eyes and the very very bad smell. She has done an amazing job, our kitten is now grown just over a year old and much happier and he didn't have any complication whatsoever. Massive thank you and big hugs from us to Asia and Vets Klinic Team
