I have been going around dealerships for the past 3 weeks, finally went to vertu BMW York yesterday and picked up a 420i , the sales team is amazing, very helpful.
Especially benjamin who was extremely helpful, nice and kind.
They have a course for test drives which is very good, basically allows you to test car on different routes.
Best car shopping experience so far, would definitely go back again when iam due for an upgrade.

Great service from Jack kept me informed at every stage and was flexible when I wanted changes with the car deal/delivery. Test drive was definitely worth getting a feel for the car and it's merits over my old one. Honest and understanding of what I wanted from a vehicle and how I wanted to fund the purchase. Friendly and helpful service from everyone involved including the delivery driver. Would definitely recommend Vertu York as an exceptional BMW dealer.

Staff were incredibly
Staff were incredibly, this was the first time I’ve bought a BMW and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They gave me so much information, were there to answer any questions I had and updates if the car along the journey, they made me feel so special when getting my new car and leave me now the happiest girl in the world, will definitely use again. I first enquired about a Mini with Carl…
I first enquired about a Mini with Carl some months ago but sadly it sold very quickly. Carl continued to search and having sent me some vehicles, which I declined, he found me my ideal car! It was at another Vertu Garage and he had it shipped over to the showroom in York. The whole sales experience was seamless; with an online call to go through paperwork and frequent updates. On Saturday, I drove up to York from Melton Mowbray and met with Carl who talked through the car purchase, discussed some additional services I could have and made me a nice coffee! The deal was done and I was introduced to my new wheels. All in all it was such a pleasant experience, there was no "hard-sell" and great communication. Carl is helpful, friendly and tenacious! If they don't have what you want, they will do their very best to find it ! Thank you Carl!!!

I actually wish I could more than 5 stars for the service and experience I received from Vertu Motors (MINI) in York. Special shout out to Cameron who was an absolute star and helped me so much when my local Mini dealer let me down disastrously. I drove over 200 miles to pick up my new car but it was definitely worth it.
Every step of the way I was given accurate and informative responses - Cameron went above and beyond to get me the car of my dreams.
This is my 6th Mini and by far this was the best experience I have had.
