Charlotte at Hereford Audi is always on the ball and very efficient. It the 4th car she has sold me and I am always delighted with my treatment from first enquiry to driving the vehicle away. Not only is Charlotte very good at her job but she has a friendly disposition and always is welcoming. Having said all the staff at Hereford Audi are professional with a friendly attitude to customers. I would not purchase a car from anywhere else.

I have bought my last 3 cars through Hereford Audi for the past 8 years and have always received great service. Julian and Stuart have continually been amazing. I found my car had run out of MOT and they managed to accommodate getting my car in the same day for MOT, provided me with a courtesy car so I could get to hospital to see my mother who had been taken in and also washed and hoovered my car. Their kindness and service for me the other day was invaluable to relieve the pressure that I was under and I was extremely grateful.

Josh is simply the definition of a trusted professional. The entire process of purchasing my first finance vehicle was enjoyable and relaxed throughout. The level and quality of information and timings was great. On collecting the car Josh ensured he spent the right amount of time with us going through the functionalities and charging bits and bobs. Ultimately the customer experience was pleasant and sincere, whilst being tailored to me and my needs. Final thanks to the wider Audi team in Josh's absence Finley and Byron were also super helpful and professional.

The purchase of solar panels four years ago meant my wife and I wanted to ensure that at least some of annual miles could be green miles. Three years ago we bought an electric mini as a second car and this has been great for local runs but a range of just 140 miles has been an issue since other members of the family all live at least 150 miles away. Our main car was a VW Passat and we wanted to replace it with a hybrid electric with a reasonable electric range and a decent sized petrol tank to remove any possible range anxiety from our journeys. Research suggested the VW Golf Hybrid as a possible option.
We visited Vertu Hereford in mid August where we met Ellis Higgleton who clearly explained the options available in terms of the VW range and possible finance involving the trade in of the Passat.
Whilst it was not possible to test drive a Hybrid Golf my wife and I test drove a petrol model with Ellis. Within a week of this initial meeting, we decided that the Golf Hybrid would meet our aims both for the immediate future and the time when we might come down to just one car.
Much of the actual purchase of the car was done online - a little daunting at first but with Ellis available at the other end of a phone to answer any queries - the process went reasonably smoothly.
The collection of the car was slightly later than we expected since its delivery from Germany had been delayed. Ellis took us through everything we needed to know and gave us some useful tips on ways managing the choice of when to use "electric only", "hybrid" or "petrol only" whilst driving the car. We did take the car out with him. Our one slight criticism about the handover was that the car had only been charged to give about 15 miles of electric range whilst an 80% charge of the battery would give roughly 60 miles.
Ellis has been most supportive over the first ten days or so having the car when we have needed assistance in getting the Volkswagen app to work properly on our phones: it is good when salesmen appreciate that their job continues after the car has leaves the dealership.

We have just purchased a T6.1 through Kieran and from start to finish, the process was seamless and stress free. There were no pushy Sales Pitches and he made us feel comfortable from the moment we stepped into the showroom. Thanks Kieran, we'll be back for future purchases.
