Warm welcome from owner, she’s is clearly passionate about the conscious and ethical concept. I usually dont like to engage when shopping but was talked through the products responsible lifecycle to shelf, a topic of sustainability that interests me. I was shopping for female Christmas presents but also ended up buying a unisex Mercer jacket which has been featured heavily on my Instergram 😜

The sales person at the store was very friendly, kind and easy to talk to from the moment I entered the store. She was also very informative and quickly explained me the differences between the felt earrings (I bought for my gf, I didn't know anything about it). Also I had change my payment method in the last minute and she was very patient and helped me to finalise the deal efficiently. I am taking time and writing this comment because usually I do not get such a kind and helpful service in the NL. Idk her name, but this is unique, so great job!

Ok customer service. They sent tracking details for item when I hadn’t received any news after a week. Turned out they were found in a room and should have been shipped the week before. Also when I inquired if it have to pay import taxes or customs I was told probably not. I was charged £35. Bit disappointed with the whole experience really. Definitely put me off buying from Europe now because of brexit.

Shoes didn’t fit. They were way r wide abd really uncomfortable. I then couldn’t return them because they cost almost as much to ship back as they did to purchase. Never again unfortunately.
