I had a very negative experience at the store about a refund. Little to no customer satisfaction orientation, and no focus on resolution. Their communication was passive aggressive and then turned into rude and disrespectful. What do you gain from treating customers like that? (besides a negative online review)

I am glad we are having this conversation now in public, so let me get a few facts straight:

I did not intimidate anyone. On the contrary: You kicked out one last customer out of your store, then you locked me and my 11 year old daughter up in your store, and then you started ranting and raging agressively at me for 6-10 minutes, not allowing me to speak, interrupting and cutting me off all the time, when I tried to explain what I wanted (a refund) and why.

I did not pressure anyone, I simply ASKED for a refund - and for very valid reasons that my wife who was also present in the shop at the time of the purchase will gladly explain to you again in a separate post.

This has nothing to do with men or women. I was there with 3 women, my wife and my two daughters. My daughter was shocked how disrespectful you behaved. And my wife will happily write you in a separate post about your misleading and false product information, whereby you caused the entire situation.

Response to your response:

I did not "come back banging on the window". When I left the store, I realized that I forgot the purchased (non-refunded) item. So I knocked on your window next to the entrance door and pointed at the item to get back in and to get it.

When leaving, I did not use these phrases. Why would I condemn "the street"? :) And I doubt that your surveillance camera has audio. If it does, I would recommend that you listen to the original sales conversation between my wife and your shop assistant. Because that was the root cause of the entire situation.

It's interesting to observe how you still prefer to blame and point at your customers, rather than calming down the situation and keeping the issue at bay. Up to you.

We have to disagree with your review. Which we respect that you had to leave. After making a purchase and being told our policy which is clear and is solution orientated you proceeded to intimidate a junior personnel member and pressuring her to give you a money refund. Aside from that you left the store swearing profanities, shouting and quite frankly shook our team who all were there to see your explosion.

So although we are sorry you had a bad experience as females working in a store your reaction was rattling for our employees and we hope that you would learn from this before behaving that way again to women.

Responding to your update :

It’s really sad for us to see that you don’t care that our employees both felt extremely intimidated by you. We have the security camera footage and it’s clear that you threw a fit and came back banging on the window whilst cursing all the way out of the store saying “ fuck you and this store “ and “ fuck this street “ Your wife wasn’t even there for this entire discussion. She had already left the store.

We are sorry and accept our responsibility as a store about this situation but it doesn’t excuse or exclude your behaviour in this case. We also choose to trust our employee who is highly trained and never said that the item was pure silver, since that also doesn’t reflect in the price of the item.

Slow shipping

It’s a nice Webshop with a good selection of items. I love the coat I ordered and it arrived safely. However the shipping took really long with no updates before I reached out to customer service. I ordered on January 18th., my order wasn’t shipped until January 26th. and it arrived today January 31st. I live in Denmark. I value fast shipping so for me the waiting time was too long but lovely item.

Super friendly employees who really took the time for me and were super fun. The store feels like a place I can trust and will definitely come back again to have a look!
