Please beware of this organisation. I am in the process of reporting this company to trading standards import. The items that arrived did not appear like what I had ordered I had to pay over £30 to return them and this was over a month ago seeing they arrived in the country but the owner ignored messages and wont refund my money. I have read lots of reviews stating the same thing. Please do not purchase from this company without understanding the risks.

In response to the response from Verdure. Saying you wish to investigate this. You have not replied to my emails and other people are saying the same thing. My order number is ORDER #1207 If you refund me I will state that here but if you don't I will also be letting people know. I am in the process of opening a case with trading standard of imports against you.

It looked like a legitimate London based business, once I got my order confirmation it was it was coming from China. Products eventually arrived and they were not as shown in the picture. No returns from or invoice in the parcel. I have emailed asking how to do a return and got 1 reply asking why I'm making the return and for photographs, I don't have time to be taking photos of your dodgy products! Now can't get a reply. Trust pilot reviews are obviously AI Bot, shame on you Trust Pilot for allowing this!!! Before you ask my order number is #1430. At least I've learned a lesson from this, never order from Verlura, check Companies House first and don't trust Trust Pilot.

Been nearly 3 weeks now and I’m waiting on this for a bridesmaid outfit

My wife purchased a pair of sandals, they are too narrow and do not fit, therefore she wants to return them and get a full refund. After several e-mails asking for a returns form, all she gets are offers of store credit and keep the sandals OR 10% refund and keep the useless sandals. The site implies they are a company based in London BUT their fullfilment centre is based in China and so returning the item is going to cost as much as the item itself, if not more.
Beware! Avoid this company at all costs, this is not customer service.

Avoid this at all cost as others stated good come from China not uk . Took ages to arrive too small and poor quality boots. I have been trying to even get a slip to return however won't even reply to my emails. So no chance of refund and they weren't cheap. Lesson learned so AVOID. #1280

Ordered shoes. Arrived late, shipped from China, wrong size and shockingly poor quality. Asked for a return, but would cost almost as much as the shoes (customer pays). Then they said I would need to declare goods worth only a few pounds to avoid Chinese import duty. Returns policy indicates the product could get lost in transit. Company only very recently set up and run by a young Albanian out of France (company house check). Lesson learned.

In the end I accepted a 30% refund, keeping the shoes which I will give to a charity shop.

These other reviews must be fake! Having read them they are all recent and do not appear genuine.you will note that each positive reviewer has only one review to their name (an account set up to provide a positive review perhaps?). Don’t trust this company!

This company pretends to be located in London, charging UK prices for their products and implicitly letting the client expect a short delivery time. In fact the order comes from China, takes about 2 weeks until it arrives and if you want to return it, they ask you to post it on your expenses to China, to a completely unrelated with their website address. Quality of the product is not proportional with the price you pay, but if it fits you're lucky. If not, you'll stick with an unwanted product and if you'll send it back to China you'll have to pay high postage and you most probably will never get a refund anyway.
