Absolutely a scam! Tried to cancel a few days after placing the order. Wasn’t allowed as the order had been processed, even though it hadn’t shipped. Items are not as advertised, not even a comparison. Don’t settle for the 10% refund. Go through your bank you are misled and misold on purpose!

people, don't buy anything from this store! I bought a jacket, it took 9 days to arrive. Some very, very bad quality jacket arrived, not matching the picture. I wrote that I would refund the money. And then it started saying it's not worth it. It refunded 20% of the jacket's value :(((. don't buy anything from them because you will lose everything!!!! and everything is shipped from China!!!

Scam company! Do not order from here if you want to pay £22 to return your item to CHINA even though they are based in LONDON. Still waiting for my partial refund. They have not replied to a single email since 14th AUGUST!! Don't believe a word they say when they reply to your review, it's all BULLSHIT! Empty promises, just taking your money. I am now going to have to see my item on vinted to try and claw back any thing from the £35 I gave them.

Quality is shocking compare to pictures on website. All stock shipped from China and returns at customer expense are china also.
End up keeping the jacket with 10% refund or keep jacket and store credit. So I get to order some more unwanted poor quality items to wear under the jacket. 🤦♂️

Unfortunately I can't give zero stars otherwise I would have.
Be aware DO NOT order from this absolute SCAM website. I've ordered a dress that looked pretty on pictures on their website but when it arrived more than 2 weeks ( way too late) it looked nothing like the website advertised dress.
When I contacted their info team to request a return form and full refund I was offered store credit and I get to keep the dress, to my second email that I don't want store credit as I am absolutely not planning to purchase ever again from this website I was then offered 10 percent refund and keep the dress or alternatively I can send it back to China!!!! And wait for their refund eventually. On their website it clearly stated based in London with address and everything but then all of sudden the returns are to get back to China! Complete SCAM! Be aware!
And before your team asks about my order number so they can look and investigate- #1575! Order placed on 25th of August. Arrived on 10th of September. Since then I am trying to return it and get a FULL refund for it!

This company is scamming customer; very poor product
This company is scamming customers by advertising products on their website that are completely different from what they deliver.
Before purchasing, I saw their website stated that they were located in London. I placed an order for a dress, which arrived after more than 2 weeks. Unfortunately, the dress I received was not the same as advertised — the quality and appearance are completely different. I am very unhappy and disappointed.
When I contacted the company for a return and refund, they only offered me:
10% refund of the amount I paid, OR
A “full refund,” but only as store credit to be used on their website.
When I insisted on returning the dress for a proper refund, they tried to push me into accepting 20% instead. Finally, when I refused, they told me I must return the dress to China at my own expense (£18–£26), even though the dress cost £35. This is unreasonable and unfair. Nowhere on their website did they state that returns must be sent to China — it clearly appeared as though they were operating from London.
This is misleading and deceptive business practice

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I would assume that any good reviews are likely fake ones written by employees. This clothing website is a complete scam. First of all, I ordered a dress last minute for a wedding that was happening in 4 days. It said it was a 3-5 business day delivery, so I risked it - emailing to double check if there was a possibility to fast-track it, and double-checking that I could return it if it didn't arrive on time. I got a pretty prompt response from customer service saying they didn't have control over the speed of delivery, but they do have a 30-day return policy (which I saw on their website).
Not only did the dress not come in time for the wedding, but it actually took 2 weeks to arrive. When it arrived, it was NOTHING like the dress in the photos, in terms of material, and the sizing was all wrong. There was no return slip, so I instantly wrote to the company, continuing the thread that they had assured me of the 30-day return policy. Instead, she responded, offering me store credit. First saying, "all you need to do is send back the dress", then later in the email mentioning I get to keep the dress - so clearly even the employees don't know what's happening, even in the same email.
I have tried to reach out to them 3 times since that last email, and nothing. They have now "ghosted" me. I am so pissed off that I spent over £50 on a dress that didn't arrive on time and doesn't look anything like the photos. I can't even sell it, it's that ugly. I'll have to just give it to a charity shop or something and hope someone sees some sort of potential in it.

Please beware of this organisation. I am in the process of reporting this company to trading standards import. The items that arrived did not appear like what I had ordered I had to pay over £30 to return them and this was over a month ago seeing they arrived in the country but the owner ignored messages and wont refund my money. I have read lots of reviews stating the same thing. Please do not purchase from this company without understanding the risks.
In response to the response from Verdure. Saying you wish to investigate this. You have not replied to my emails and other people are saying the same thing.
