Excellent service. Josef was very patient and explained all my options clearly. Highly recommend

FCS (especially Jozef) have been extremely helpful from the start and will chase you (only if you ask) until it's all in place!
Couldn't have asked for a better service

Not sure where you get your records information from, but clearly your research is very poor. you have recently sent me 3 letters saying my 3 properties have been unoccupied for several years. Which they have not! How do you check and where do you get your information, clearly not from the local rates departments?

Unbelievable, what a brilliant company got back for us thousands of pounds no exaggeration, helpful, commutative and just all round a good company to deal with.
Thank you a bill for all your help
Nesher Limited

We have used FCS at one of our managed buildings in Westminster. The scheme was presented clearly to us and most importantly our client. We have had no issues during the cycles and are looking at implementing the scheme at other London sites. Overall a very good experience, and the service has been delivered as described and generated real savings for our client.

Overall great service provided by FCS
They do all the work for you so that you have nothing to worry about!

We have a large shop in northampton which has been empty for a couple of years. FCS turned round a contract and put this shop on their system within a week and have been saving us at least 50% of the rates which otherwise we would have had to pay

Now with more premises becoming vacant than ever before, the service provided by FCS has become essential. With a couple of emails they take over the account and another headache is taken care of. They are efficient and respond to queries immediately. I would highly recommend to any Landlord who has vacant commercial property.
