Ordered a bridesmaid dress from Mia London was so excited when my dress arrived, my bridesmaids all tried it on for size and realised 2 out of 4 the dress fitted and the other 2 needed a smaller size. So when I came to ordering my second dress in the smaller size I was hoping for the same , but instead have ended up with a complete different dress and slightly wrong colour, tried to contact them but no response either from email, phone or post very disappointed with service , please dont buy from theses they are quick to take your mo ey but slow to even respond to you.

Hello. Im a genuine customer from Ireland. I purchased a communion dress for my daughter. It looked so beautiful in the photos online. I paid €200 plus shipping fir it. When it arrived. I was so shocked. It wss packaged in rolled up ball of creases in an bubble envelope. It was terribly bad quality. Not the colour i ordered and threads hanging everywhere. It was shockingly bad quality tailoring. The material was cheap looking and it looked horrible. It was was too big as ordered for a 9 yr old. It would fit me. I was definitely scammed by this company. I have sent emails trying to contact customer service but no response at all. Im trying to find a way to sue these guys. But if i was anyone considering ordering off these criminals! Dont do it. Its a total fraud. A scam. It says London but it comes shipped from china.

I ordered a wedding dress, i was a bit worried after i read some on the reviews on here. But my dress arrived on time and is beautiful and well made. So happy it looks just like the picture but better. Thank you, will definitely use this site again

I ordered 2 wedding gowns and 4 Bridesmaid dresses all made to order and its just so unbelievable how much these items turned out to be excellent such as the fittings,,wow really I should say the best quality, best make !,I am so proud of MIA LONDON, keep it up !!!! You made us so happy and the wedding was talk of the town for the Bride was so pretty in her wedding dresses for the church and Civil ceremony.and the rest of the entourage. I cannot thank you enough to you MIA LONDON for the best items I bought from your company and I will be again be your customer soonest every time . Your people ( Staffs ) were very polite and helpful, your services to me was second to none,Excellent ! Imagine the items arrived to me very very advanced to the date I needed them.., this is called excellent services!!!! What a horrendous company. DO NOT deal with this company.
I ordered a dress for my wedding, but once it arrived I knew it just wasn't going to be suitable for my wedding in Jamaica. So I requested to return it. They then said if I return it they will only give me back 30% of what I paid for it. Robbing @$%& DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS. Awful awful company.

Have to say ordered a bespoke wedding dress was so beautiful just what I wanted i am sorry about other people s experience but honestly my dress was gorgeous Tracey x i am now in process of having something else made

TERRIBLE. Really don't do it!!! I bought a wedding dress and the quality is bad, so bad...looks like a very cheap dress, eventhough I anyway paid 200 pounds. It is not worth it and I hope nobody else falls on their un realistic publicity.

Ordered a bespoke wedding dress, does not fit and is not the same colour that the dress on the picture.
Really disappointed and they do not accept returns.
I definitely would NOT recommend!

LADIES BE AWARE: MIALONDON IS A SCAM!

As a bride I would like to share this warning with all other ladies looking for dresses online: don’t order anything from mialondon.co.uk (also operates as AisleStyle.co.uk)!

I live in the UK but am organising my wedding in Helsinki. Because my bridesmaids live in three different countries we decided to order the bridesmaids dresses online. We found a dress we all liked on mialondon.co.uk where it could be ordered made to measurements – What could go wrong with the size when the dress is made to fit your personal measurements, right?

We first decided to order one dress to see how it fits. We waited ages and ages, but the dress did not arrive in the 19 to 26 days they promise on their website. I struggled to get in touch with them and finally got the explanation that they had ran out of fabric because the market place in China was closed due to Chinese New Year. If you think these dresses are made in the UK, think again! At no point did Mialondon get in touch with me to inform me about this delay. The dress finally arrived one month too late. It looked ok on my bridesmaid, so we decided to save us the hassle of finding a new dress and ordered three more dresses all made to measurements. These dresses arrived in no time but that was where the good news ended. They were all 0.5 – 3 inches too small, the stitching was poor, seams crooked and the hemline baggy. I immediately contacted Mialondon to complain and asked for some sort of compensation. After all, I had paid almost £80 per dress and my bridesmaids could not even close the zippers.

This is where the fun really started! The company promises that “With Mialondon turn every event into a huge party!” and some party it has been! I tried contacting the company via their customer service chat but no one was ever online, I called their customer service phone during opening hours but no one picked up, I left voice messages, sent messages via their website and wrote e-mails… Need I go on? Eventually I got a reply to my e-mail saying that it had gone to junk mail. My bridesmaid got the exact same response. I had sent them pictures of the dress, but the company told me there is nothing wrong with the dresses and that they have been made to the measurements given. I asked how they can all then be too small to which they replied that somewhere in small print in their return policy it says that the dresses may come up to 1 inch too small. That makes no sense! Surely you are supposed to make dresses to FIT the given measurements not WITH the exact measurements and you are most certainly not supposed to make them SMALLER than the given measurements! We ordered dresses, not swimsuits! Mialondon told us to send pictures of measuring the dresses with tape measure. We did as requested and the dresses were all too small! However, Mialondon claimed that from the pictures we sent them they can calculate that the dresses are not too small and are in fact the correct measurements. I thought I must have fallen into some rabbit hole... Surely, they cannot be claiming that we are lying?! But that is indeed what this company does. They take no responsibility and place the blame on the customer.

At no point has Mialondon apologised nor have they offered any solution or compromise. Their customer service has downright avoided us and have been incredibly rude in their responses. I have wasted three months and £320 on them. My big day is just around the corner and we are now really worried that we might not be able to get new bridesmaids dresses in time for the wedding!

So ladies, avoid this online shop at all cost!

My dress came it's three sizes to big and not the colour I ordered after paying roughly £150 already Ill now have to pay a further £100 to alter this dress as no time to return. I wouldn't recommend if your paying out so much money for a special occasion. I feel totally let down and upset you trust companys like this and Im now down money with a dress three times to big and the wrong colour. Rip off!

Their website now includes a video of someone praising another company! I checked out their address and its a London addressed used by multiple companies. No doubt all dodgy. Thank you to the people on here for sharing your experiences and saving people like me. It is so disappointing, I fell in love with a dress on thier site and have not found anything similar elsewhere. But thanks to you all at least I won't be wasting my money.

I've bought two bridesmaid dresses on this site and they are perfect. Exactly as described and the customer service was excellent. They contacted me by email the day after I placed my order to confirm the colour and size before they started production. They also kept me updated on shipping dates (I ordered over Chinese New Year so took a little while longer than usual - 5 weeks). Dresses are really lovely, perfect for bridesmaids. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

Unbelievably poor customer service. Spent almost £400 on bridesmaids dresses, only for none to arrive. Thankfully my bank were quick to refund me.
Unable to contact Mia London in any way to arrange a refund or chase the order. The only time I received contact was conveniently after the bank got involved...
I was promised free extra merch for the confusion and a phone call and still received nothing. Would never recommend or use again and I highly doubt the poorly written 5* reviews below are genuine.

Just received my daughter's prom dress, apart from the top half seeming to be a different size from the bottom half, the colour is not as expected. I called the UK number to arrange a return only to find it was an answer phone. As for delivery.......£17 for it to arrive crushed up in a plastic bag! After reading the reviews on here I have little doubt I will not be seeing my £140 again!!
What a sad situation that they do not care that they are crushing people's dreams and causing untold pain to people. I only wish I'd read the reviews prior to ordering!

Hi... its hard for me to believe on this bad reviews,as my best friend got married and she bought all the Maid of honour dresses in this site and they were really beatyful and well done...so I think I will order from here as well

I am a real customer, have several times to buy dresses on this site,every time received the dresses are what I want, very satisfied.You need to keep good communication with customer service, so that you can get beautiful dresses.I doubt the truth of these give a bad review customer, I don't believe that the website will give you a bad experience.I love Mialondon.

It was a really bad experience with Mialondon buying my bridesmaid dress. It' s ridiculous about measures and size, the measures from the dress doesn't match with the real size. I sent to them a lot of pictures showing the problem, but they don't give me the money back, so I have wasted $90.00. I will never buy anything with Mialondon again.

Please, please be aware that this company used to be called Aisle Style and were shut down on Trust pilot for giving themselves false reviews, you can still see all of the negative ones on here under Aisle Style.

There dresses are very bad quality, made very cheaply in China and posted from china do not be fooled by the .co.uk. The new website does (if you look for it) state they manufacture in China but it is not clear unless you look for it. The customer service is terrible also and I know many people have been ripped off by this company.

The reviews on the website look to also be fake. I paid £90 for something properly worth no more than £20 and to be honest its awful, the material and cut are a shambles.
