I bought a stone polisher from them. It does not work and they are not refunding me. They have asked me to video the fault, I did, then take it apart and send photos of the circuit board, I did, video the loose fitting of the 2 pin plug, I did. No refund. Do not buy from this company, they are in breach of so many consumer rights. The tumbler was not the professional device advertised, more a child's toy. Very poor company.

This company is a scam. They sell products that may or may not work. Once purchased, if they allow you to return it will cost you 35 % in fees plus shipping to return. Your better off cutting your losses. I purchased a well rated rock tumbler more than a month ago and I am still trying to get my refund or replacement. All I get is an AI response saying they are working on it.

This company is based in China. They offer ‘express delivery’ at the point of purchase however, there is no indication as to how long the estimated delivery time will be. Don’t be fooled into paying extra for this! The goods take forever to arrive. If the items are not what you expected and wish to return them you have to pay for postage back to China which is very expensive. If you quickly try to cancel your order they tell you it has already been dispatched and can’t be recalled. Just don’t buy from them.
