Totally damaged!
I received these an anonymous gift from someone, but unfortunately received the flowers totally smushed and damaged, definitely does not look like anything on their website. I reached out to them hoping they would send a new box, and they did not help at all! Said they couldn't find the order since I didn't know who purchased them, so they wouldn't do anything! Awful customer service for such an expensive product

Husband ordered online and realized immediately he made a mistake and ordered two. He called them right away and they told him they would not cancel the second order since it was already processing. Well processing an order and having the order made is two different things. I can Understand if the order was already made, but it was only processing and he called immediately. Disputed one of the orders with our cc and venus sent back their cancellation policy. Shady practice for policy’s. They also claimed that both had been delivered which they were, but after we had filed the claim and he called tried to cancel the second one. Take your business else where..they have no integrity and clearly don’t care about the customers…just orders.

By far the worst costumer service
By far the worst costumer service. I sent it to the wrong address and text them 3 mins after placing order. They never replied. I texted them again and they replied after 80 mins, they waited 2 mins and then closed the chat. After they told me that I never send them a message and on the 2nd one they told me that they closed the chat due to not answering. They are tragic

My order arrived late and missed my wife's birthday. I kept messaging them on IG trying to get an answer but they don't respond to DMs. Flowers finally arrived three days after expected delivery date. Two stars because quality was not bad

Wilted, Curled, Hard Pedals
I used Venus et Fleur previously and loved my arrangement, but this time my flowers (mixed orchids seashell) are sad and wilted and the smell was so powerful I had to keep them in the garage for a week. Just a hot mess at the incredibly steep price of $694.32. I contacted the company and sent photos asking for replacement for return, but I am being ignored.

Venus et Fleur completed messed up the Valentines Day order this year. I never received the flowers I ordered and had to escalate it multiple times with their customer service team before they refunded my order. Avoid this product!
On Feb 7 I ordered a Classic Bundle with shipping method: 'Get It In Time For Valentine's Day - Delivered between 2/10 and 2/13'. I was impressed with their physical store and did not think I had to worry. By Feb 13 afternoon the order was nowhere to be seen and I contacted the customer support chat. After a lot of back and forth, I was told that my order had been escalated to their warehouse to expedite shipping, and that I would receive an email update.
I had still not received an update by late on Feb 13 so I reached out to my 'Floral Advisor' who advised that my order would be shipped soon. By this point I realised there was no way it would be delivered on time (even on Valentines Day itself would have been OK) and asked to cancel the order. They initially refused to issue a refund as the shipment label had already been created. After three hours of wasted time, I was eventually able to convince them to refund the order to my credit card [now received].
My experience with Venus et Fleur was one of the worst I have ever had with online providers. It is terrible to leave a customer with no Valentine's Day gift and no accountability for failing to deliver on time.

Delivery False Adv
Sadly I was told in their website I would get my wife’s gift on Valentine’s Day if I bought it on the 13th before noon. I paid $29 for overnight delivery on a $200 order. They didn’t deliver it until the next day (14th) and it arrived on the 15th. They then blamed Covid. And Delivery company. When it was clearly not delivered on the day I ordered it the 13th I ordered at 9am. They had all day. I wouldn’t mind if they told me they didn’t send it. But they didnt tell me. And they blamed shipping. Tsk tsk. and they offered a coupon. it’s not about the money. it was about delivering when you said you would and don’t blame FedEx.
No customer service
The concept of flowers that last as long, as they say, sounds wonderful. But unfortunately, they do not stand behind their service. Now and then I am sure every company has a problem making a delivery. You expect the company to try at least to solve the problem. Especially since making sure the merchandise makes it to its destination is a crucial part of any business.
Venus ET Fleur does not seem concerned about this. Delivery for them is just getting the item out the door. If it makes it to the destination is not their problem.
Since I never got the flower, I can't judge its quality. But since Venus ET Fleur did not care to address its lack of delivery, I can atest its customer service. There isn't one.
They don't care about you
Ordered Jan 20th to be delivered in time for valentines day. UPS Label created hours later, never scanned. called 4x "We will check with the warehouse" giving plenty of time to send out a replacement order
13th is here, No order received, No order on the way, no recourse offered. Stated all they can do is wait for the warehouse to respond. they do not care about customer satisfaction, nor will they provide you any copy of a customer service transcript.
First time customer. Feel robbed of $400
Update: The issue has been remedied to my satisfaction, thank you DAPHNEY with customer service for finally providing a viable solution.
Silence and Apathy (UPDATED)
The only reason they receive a two instead of one-star is because the one rose they did send is beautiful. However, I ordered four total to match our family’s birthstone colors. I provided feedback to customer service and received a copy and paste apologies and nothing else. They are high end, and after paying high end prices, I expect to be treated high end. I could have gone to Walmart for an overall better gift for my spouse. As of right now, my replacement order is “in process” and the company has gone silent.
If they are going to pretend to be high end, then they need to treat their customers as such. As for future orders, I may be joining the 22% who give this company a 1-star rating. Thoroughly disappointed.
UPDATE: The company overnighted the remainder of the order. The flowers were all beautiful. This company lacks Communication, as they went silent after my complaint. Ultimately, I received what I ordered, and that’s what counts.
No Guaranteed Valentine's Day Delivery
Ordered guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery and paid extra for that. Over $700 worth of products and they delivered the package on the 9th of February. In the dead of winter middle of America, flowers sitting on the porch for several days no one to recieve them. Not even signature guarantee option for a $700+ flower order. Great job Venus Et Fleur. Never again will you rip me off. Previously had to cancel an order with them and that took over 30 min on the phone even though they admitted the fault.
They hate Christmas and their customers
I ordered on December 12th with expedited Christmas shipping that they guaranteed would be on time.
They waited until December 23rd to inform me that they ran out!
Then they offered an alternative, which I accepted.
And yet again they contacted me to let me know that they ran out of the alternate that they offered me!
What an absolute joke. I have 2 orders missing, and another order received broken roses. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them.
I've spent over $8,000 with this company and they offered me a $20 gift card as an apology for missing Christmas.
They don't care, and their awful reviews show it.

Absolutely Disappointing...What a Scam! DO NOT ORDER. $100 for a small box of crap roses that fit in the palm of your hand. Looks fake and poor quality. And when you call Customer Service to inform them you wish to Return as you are not pleased, they are quick to tell you "All Sales are Final!". DO NOT BUY! This company is a rip off and most unprofessional in their dealings. WHAT A SCAM!!@

Non-existent customer service
Non-existent customer service: I was excited to find out about this business and order a treat for my father's 70th birthday. The moment I completed the purchase, I realized the shipping address was incorrect. I called customer service immediately - less than a full minute after the online order - but it was after business hours. I emailed right away but it was clear the inbox was not monitored on the weekend. I received a response the following morning they could not assist. I expressed my disappointment that, at this price point, they should have better capability to assist customers with hiccups such as these. It has ended up being a huge waste of money and I was left with such a bad impression of the customer service that I will actively discourage others from ordering.

Just the worst experience
Just the worst experience, I should have read the reviews first. I tried to order red roses for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day and paid extra for Valentine's Day delivery. On Wednesday February 9th, 6 days before Valentine's Day pink roses arrived which my girlfriend thought was a statement about our relationship moving in the wrong direction. I contacted them and rather than offer to provide the correct flowers on Valentine's Day, they offered a $45 gift certificate. I've turned the matter over to American Express. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for your flower needs.
Will no longer be a customer...
I purchased 2 gifts for Valentines Day worth almost 380 dollars. It arrived in 2 boxes, 1 is OK although not packaged properly, and the other was "worn" out box and when my wife opened it, it's missing an item and the 2 roses is not it its place and therefore the box got red marks on it. The roses were not badly damaged but given that it probably rolled over, some side petals are kind of "worn out".
While I appreciate the possible resolutions made to replace the missing candle, my past purchase was nothing different from a normal online purchase and took away the "special" meaning of it. To add insult to injury, the Quality team ignored the fact that there was really a "quality" issue with the classic bundle where the items weren't snugged "fit" in its square and round holes that it resulted to transport issues (e.g. tumbling out of place) and thus affected the overall presentation. How can a 3-item bundle past quality and shipping it with just the 2 items? And to say that the 2 roses are "OK" as it was not damaged? If you bought a cake and it tumbled in the box and the icing are all over the place, will you still eat it? If this was not considered a quality issue, then I don't know what is, especially for a company that is supposed to provide "specialty" type gifts as it caters to love ones and not like big-box retail stores shipping ordinary non-perishable items. It's already Valentines day (Feb 14) and I felt like I just paid for nothing and my gift will go to trash as it didn't bring that "special" meaning. It's a shame as prior to this purchase, I thought Venus Et Fleur will be my "go-to" merchant for anything related to special occasions. My spending habit usually goes higher every year. I had high hopes and my wife also look up to this company and think highly of them and now, we'll have to simply look for another source in the future. For something so simple to make the customer "whole", I guess the company would rather lose its customers and future revenues.
I do not recommend this company as I don't want others to feel the same experience and put a damper on the one of the most special day.

Wrong order was sent, then was completely unresponsive and uncooperative in correcting the order. Had to dispute the charges. Do not do business with this company.
