Completely dishonest service from vending sense.
A year in I requested somebody to come look at my machine as there were a fault.
I was then sent an invoice to pay (before they came) for £540. This is despite paying an extended maintenance package, which is compulsory, at £101 a month on top of the machine fee.
I then called to query and was told what I was requesting was not covered in my package.
I then queried what was covered which would allow me to have my machine looked at.
Then got booked in on a service that was covered and had a very nice guy come to look to tell me he couldn’t do anything about the fault, as he couldn’t work out why it was doing what it was doing.
Vending sense then sent me an invoice for £300 and tried to automatically take the payment from my account.
If you can pay to have a professional look over your contract, do that, cause the sales team won’t tell you the half of it.
Easier option, avoid these guys at all costs.

After reviewing our service platform, it appears that the callout was deemed chargeable as no fault could be found by the engineer, as outlined in your signed maintenance agreement.
We’ve made multiple attempts to reach out to you via email and phone to address this issue and provide additional support as we are concerned that there may be a discrepancy in how the events have been interpreted, and we would welcome the opportunity to clarify any confusion.

AMAZING Service!
We moved into new office space on Monday 11th, after speaking with the very helpful and fully knowledgeable Sam on 4th Dec - coffee machines, water coolers and services were up and running within a week, AMAZING team work... would absolutely recommend Vending senses, happy customers !

Great company, great service
Had 2 coffee machine’s installed at our office and from start to finish everything was handled really well. I had Matt Brigland who listened to what we needed and got us a deal cheaper than our current one. Was never pushy just helped with what we wanted.
Ongoing service has been great as well.
Great company would recommend for sorting out any office vending equipment.

Great coffe and great service!
After a smooth and seamless installation of my coffee machine, (which regardless of what anyone says is an essential part of the office)! Marco introduced himself as my main point of contact, since then I haven't looked back. Great coffee and brilliant service - would highly recommend to any of my office based friends or colleagues.
