EDIT: I finally received the parcel 8 weeks after I ordered, the customer service team finally got back after they seen the review below and said the customer service has been down that’s why no one has been in touch… the quality is really good and I am happy with the product but wasn’t worth the hassle to be honest and customer service is quite bad so I am still quite disappointed in my experience with this company

I ordered a £70 jumper for a gift for my friends birthday and paid an extra £5 for 48 hour tracked delivery on the 13th May - it’s now the 8th of June, 3 emails to the company and 2 instagram direct messages and not a single reply with an update and no delivery in sight. Don’t order with them, have seen others saying it’s a scam and it’s really disappointing, I totally understand delays etc but to not even have someone communicate that is really frustrating as especially since it’s not for me it was a gift for someone’s birthday which was a month ago now. What’s even more annoying is them constantly posting about new launches and being active on instagram so my messages and emails are clearly just being ignored - really bad customer service

Great hoodie, one of the most unique peices of clothing i own and it looks really good! Gotten a compliment everytime i've worn it.

One of the best companies i have ever bought from. The tapestry they use is so unique. All my friends always ask me where i got it from. I love so much that it’s a small business that handcraft these products locally in the UK. The wait time does take awhile however it is definitely worth it. Will be buying again for sure

This company is so bad at replying to emails, daughter bought a hoodie, yes they are made to order and state 3-5 weeks which was fine, it took approx 9 weeks and then she wore it twice and it's been washed once, hand washed as stated and the tapestry on the back is already coming off, emailed 3 times and not one reply, dawn right rude if you ask me, they are also not cheap, £85 to be falling apart after one wash. Don't waste your money.

I love the designs and the quality is really good however our hoodie took way longer than we expected and due to „quality control issues” (which is what everyone always says when things are late to be shipped) and when it finally arrived it was missing the front patch, and we ordered the donnie darko hoodie with a front and back patch. we took photos and contacted them and we only asked for the patch to be sent out, willing to sew it on ourselves and they responded claiming they will send a new patch for us and thanked us for supporting them but since then they have been ignoring emails and messages and have completely cut contact off with no replacement patch or partial refund, so overall customer service wise not the greatest experience, won’t be buying again as it’s not worth the hassle.

Horrible quality and horrible service. You’re charging a premium clothing price for half baked goods. The imagine/patch work was a different colour to what is advertised on your website, the size of the patchwork is HALF of what is advertised on your website. The hoodie itself is low quality and it’s missing the neck label you post in all the pics of the hoodie.

I wish I looked at reviews before buying from this dodgy company. It states on their website 3-5 weeks for the item to be made.. the reality is far from it! They take your money and then you never hear back. I have emailed twice for an update and they don't respond. This company is extremely RUDE, and clearly don't care. I get the feeling this is a scam due to zero response on their end. Save yourself the bother and avoid.

it cost a lot rhey are judt overall bad people and just ignore you and it takes 11 weeks to deliver. When it finally arrives its damaged has holes and threads leaking from the stitching all over the shirt DONT BUY!!

3-5 weeks stated on website, emailed as not even an update by week 6, to then tell me ( tooke nearly a week to get back to me ) that they stated it was up to 8 weeks ( which the website did not state ). Either way today is week 8 and i hold little hope of anything arriving, poor customer service, innacurate delivery times, now have to wait til potentially June for a chargeback with the bank. Clearly a company taking on too many orders based on their capacity

for a small business the person who runs the account has a bad attitude. shifting expected mailing times willy nilly and then emailing that they deserve christmas too if you ask for an estimated delivery time. (i ordered mid November no where on the page or instagram was there any christmas cut off days, these were then put in the faq’s of the webpage at a later date). i would have been a repeat customer had the service not been so rude and entitled. the items aren’t cheap, i bought a surprise christmas gift and it arrived at the end of january. just don’t order from here if you expect to be treated with respect or want your item in a timely fashion.

Have previously ordered 2 tapestry hoodies off them. The 1st one arrived with no issues. The 2nd one arrived extremely late and apparently had issues with the seamstress which i had to follow up with. And the 3rd i ordered on the 22nd of December 2022 and it still hasnt arrived as of 3/2/2024. Have emailed about this numerous times being told either that it will arrive in a couple of weeks, they are chasing it up or that they will issue me a partial refund for the issue. None of these have been followed up and now they are refusing to even reply to me. Feels like theyve pretty much took my money and ran.

The 2 tapestry hoodies that did arrive are of great quality and i love them but its not worth the risk of them potentially not sending the item.

I bought a hoodie for my son.. it arrived on Thursday . He is so happy with it.

I didn’t read the delivery guides which stated it would be upto 8 weeks delivery. This was my error . I e mailed Vendetta several times and always received a helpful , quick response. Excellent customer service. I would definitely order from this company again .

These pieces are so unique, high quality and unlike anything ive seen anywhere else.
Yes the pieces can take some time to arrive but this was listed on their website and my hoodie arrived within the timeframe given.
People need to understand that this is a small business and slow fashion not churned out in a factory. This takes time and im sure will improve as the business grows.

Im excited to see where this company goes and will 100% be ordering again

The bespoke hoodie I ordered for my son came after 7 weeks. He loved it! The quality was good, stitching fine. No lining but my son was happy with that as the tapestry fabric was quite thick and it would have made it more weighty. Looks like tapestry as in photo online.
Good products but you have to wait for them. Their communication was fine, they replied to my emails.

It's a shame I'm having to write this, as I have ordered from Vendetta before. Their products are good but their customer service is unprofessional - when they do reply.

I placed an order for a tapestry hoodie in late November 2023, and it arrived early Jan of 2024. The lead time of 6 weeks is stated on the website, I was fine with this. When I received my order, I had been sent another customer's hoodie.
Emailed Vendetta, to receive a reply 8 days later apologising and stating my order had been delivered to another customer, and theirs to me. The solution given was for me to send the hoodie to the other customer, and attached at the bottom of the email was their full name home address - breach of GDPR, no?
Upon reflection I decided NOT to do this, as I did not know/trust the other customer. I replied to Vendetta and stated I was disappointed he had breached GDPR, as I assume my home address/details had been shared with the other customer, and that I would return the hoodie to Vendetta, for their customer service to arrange. I received no reply.
Five days later, I receive an email from the other customer, asking if we could arrange an exchange ourselves because Vendetta has been completely useless.
In the interim of receiving and ignoring my email, (as I have still not received a reply), the owner had replied to the other customer and further sent them my email address, despite my request for no further sharing of my information.
I have since reported this, as I have evidence of all the above taking place.
Luckily, the other customer seemed genuine, and we have resolved the issue ourselves, however the lack of remorse or solution to the breach of GDPR is disgusting, and the fact us customers had to sort a failing of Vendetta's is poor and unprofessional.

Vendetta are great if you get the right order. If not, be prepared to sort the issue yourself.
Will not be ordering from Vendetta Archive again.

Just recieved attack on the titan hoodie and was well worth the waiting time one of a kind my son was so happy a late Xmas gift really good quality and can’t buy anything like this in the shops 5 star :)

I ordered two items with them. First one absolutely great and the other one is falling apart. The tapestry was going off the first day. All the edges are ripping…. Such a shame as had a good experience. And of course because it’s made it takes a long time too

Ho ordinato una felpa da un mese, pagando pure quasi 30€ di spedizione, non è ancora arrivata, non ho ancora neanche un numero di tracciamento, ho provato a scrivere 3 volte via mail ed una volta via social (Instagram) e mi hanno ignorato completamente, a questo punto ne deduco che il sito sia completamente una truffa oppure che non abbiamo neanche un minimo di professionalità e di rispetto per i loro clienti, sinceramente ordino settimanalmente un sacco di pacchi da siti sempre diversi ed è la prima volta che mi capita una truffa del genere. Sconsiglio vivamente l’acquisto.

Awful communication. Ordered very start of November to be within delivery time for Christmas and still not received with no apology.
