Great program and structure.

I loved the juice fast academy 21 day fast. I found the information highly educational amd supportive along the journey. I didn't actually find it as much of as a challenge as I thought! 11lbs lost!

After the 21 days, my body feels Alive. I feel like I want to keep going. I know that I will not go back to business as usual. I will incorporate more fruits and eat more raw than cooked foods now.

There were a few things I didn’t like about the program. First, I found some of the information to be confusing and inconsistent. For example, one PDF would say one thing, and another would completely contradict it. Some of the instructions also felt vague. I wish the materials were more detailed and easier to follow.

Overall, the resources felt pretty basic, and I think more detailed guidance and support would make a big difference.

Another issue I had was that one-on-one support with a team member came with an additional charge. I personally feel that level of support should be included in the original price. It’s frustrating when you pay for a program and then discover extra costs along the way.

Lastly, I’ve seen several posts in the community board from people saying the company has been dishonest with them. That’s very disappointing and has made me unsure about what to believe.

I do think the program has potential, but I would like to see clearer communication, updated materials, and more transparency moving forward.

The program did a great job at providing all the resources and it was very educational. The fact you could take it at your pace and really learn what you were doing beforehand or you could just jump in and follow along was really great to cover the different ways people learn and approach situations. It was really great to have the community as a resource and I used it as a daily guide to keep me on track. It has helped me change my mindset around my habits and showed me how good discipline can feel. Really grateful for this challenge and very proud of myself for completing it. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is feeling stuck in their health, emotions or mindset and who want to challenge themselves to something powerful and new. I feel amazing.

Interesting information in the course.

I am so glad to have aligned this year with detox fasting; never in my life did I imagine i would be here at this heightened spiritual journey amongst many others. As its been my first time I can honestly say the experience has been rewarding, especially the discipline of it , seeing results in such a short space of time , energy above the roof , mental block cleared , glowing skin , releasing waste and old energy it's just AMAZING.

This is my second fast, I completed my first 21 days in February during the spring equinox. The second week I literally was it hungry but had so much energy, I lost a total of 14 pounds, and then I broke my fast all wrong! This second go round I learned so much and I actually had the experiences with my body to actually understand firsthand what was going on. However, my body purged (mucus & waste) the ENTIRE time. I was weak, but I listened to my body better, instead of pushing my body, inappropriately, I increased my hydration. I lost 10 pounds, I feel amazing, I feel lighter, I feel mentally clear, happy and my discipline has increased. I am so proud of myself!
I appreciate how thorough this program has been and how thorough Victoria and her team are…Consistently! I am so excited and full of knowledge about proceeding in my journey, going forward.

On Day 25 and counting of my juice fast as I write this. It has been life changing and I'm so excited to experience more of what this fast and cleanse has to offer!

The 21 day juice fast wasn't just about the fast but has a wealth of information to help you understand the body, overstand cycles and seasons and lastly how different foods take effect on the body based on your daily food choices. This course was execellent! So glad I made it here.

The 21 Day Juice fast was an awesome experience. It's not just drinking juices, but all about education on how your body operates and what to do to fuel it and move towards healing. The support from the community is remarkable. Also, Victoria and her team are very good at answering your questions quickly. Would do it again and again!

Firstly I had to chase and contact you then you email me multiple times saying to me it takes 5-7 days to ship then you tell me you’re not liable if it goes missing and now it’s saying you only just shipped today? Then you say to me I have to ask for a tracking number because it’s not in your policy to hand it out or whatever was said. I can’t understand how you can process an order without sending updates. I run a small business and ALL my customers get immediate emails after they have ordered!

I have lost faith that this brand is actually to help people when clearly it’s all about making quick money and lying to people that their item has been dispatched.

I went onto my Amex statement where I have paid for this juice bag and contacted the mobile number attached to the business which is ‪+44 7506 3742***‬ who contacted me back and said “ Ohh I see! Yes this number is no longer part of that company I’m afraid, you’re going to have to contact them through another way!” so you also have a number which isn’t part of the business? It is all unprofessional.

Absolutely terrible communication and customer service. I work with clients and I would NEVER let my clients wait this long, lie and also not communicate any delays. next Friday will be ONE MONTH since I ordered with NO communication just me chasing non stop!

I have done long juice fasts before, but having all this detailed information about how much to drink, time frames, how to safely break the fast is just fantastic!

I love this program and community. When I say community, there are so many people doing this with you and sharing their thoughts and progress which was a big part in keeping me motivated and inspired.
There are so many incredible materials to learn from in the total body reset juicing program and the way it’s set up insures that you get all the education you need for your cleanse and beyond for a healthy lifestyle. This is not a forced experience, the JFA and Sunfired family meet you where you are and inspire you to decide what is best for you, which is so realistic and authentic. This program has so much value and I’m so happy the JFA team created this.

This experience was a true eye-opener, giving me clarity and inspiration. I’m still on my path of discovery and enlightenment, learning to connect more deeply with who I want to be and how I want to care for my body.

I just completed my 21 day juice detox. It was quite a milestone for me to achieve but was able to utilize the simple recipes provided with the program to create great tasting juices. Mindset changed, I think I will continue. No cravings, brain fog gone and lots of support from the community and the leaders of this academy. I will definitely be doing this detox on quarterly. Time to maintain this focus!

Just about to complete my 21 day fasting programme and I can only say positive things about this journey. The structure, the support, the information from all the sources have been invaluable.

Value for money. Thats what comes to mind. I’m so excited to continue taking on everything I’ve learnt over the last 3 weeks.
