Ich habe am 30.11.2024 zwei Pullover bei Vendetta Archive bestellt und diese kamen erst am 05.02.2025 an. 8 Wochen ist definitiv zu lange und jemanden zu Kontaktieren ist ebenfalls sehr sehr schwer. Davon abgesehen, dass die Pullover sowieso schon sehr teuer sind, musste ich für zwei Kleidungsstücke noch 67,10 € an Zollgebühren zahlen. Der Pullover an sich sieht gut aus, jedoch ist die Qualität sehr billig.

Customer services was horrendous , they were mostly non responsive and when they did reply they were rude and sarcastic. The item was delayed due to their own mistake of not processing the order until two weeks later , which then then tried to cover up.

The item did eventually arrive and was it worth the wait ? No it’s like a fruit of the loom T-shirt with an embroidered logo stiched ontop. Why this takes 6/8 weeks I’ll never know

Will I order again. ? Definitely not and this is because of the lack of professionalism and customer service.

Appalling customer service . I have no idea whether the items are of good quality or not as over 6 weeks after placing and paying for the item it has not arrived . I have been unable to trace the order and emails have been ignored . I would never place another order , and am preparing my claim for recovery of the , far from modest , costs

Ordered a piece in September and was excited to receive it I was told that this was getting re made in November as they weren’t happy with the quality of the product, although I had waited months already I was fine with that. I eventually received my order in December and the print isn’t even stitched onto the hoodie and the tag is barely hanging on. This company has fallen for taking too many orders than they can comprehend and have now lost all quality they once had. When contacting them about this they said they would be in touch and never was. Don’t waste your money!

Ordered 11/26 (7 weeks ago) and I still haven’t received a shipping notification. All emails have gone unanswered (blatantly ignored). After reading these reviews, I’ve opened a claim with Amex. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Excellent communication with seller, product did take longer to come but everything is hand made to order. I love my jumper.

I would avoid this company! Terrible customer service. They just do not reply to emails, or social media. They do not ship the items. I had to get a refund from my bank.

Bad quality, bad service, takes about 8 weeks to come I wouldn’t bother

The faq said to give its 5-8 weeks and then it said to order before nov 15. I ordered on sep 20. Its dec 25 (these were presents) i havent gotten any shipment information. They havent offered a refund and are really hard to contact. They make quality clothes as ive ordered there before but no i will never again.

Vendetta archive is such a fun and quality brand! I have bought three sweatshirts from them so far and treasure each one of em. High recommend to anyone looking for edgy cozy gear. 🤍🪩🖤

My experience with them were great! Tracking wise I got all notifications on time. When I received the product it was just as shown online. 10/10

Got a Coraline hoodie, replied to me via email straight away after I asked them updates and took them 5 weeks in total to deliver. Got compliments for it the first week of me wearing it!

1-star is way too kind to give this company. These kinder reviews talking about ‘they’re a small company don’t be rude’ seem like they’re from some friends they’ve asked to do them a solid. The hoodie that arrived was not the quality that was advertised in the slightest. I waited over 9 weeks to receive an order that was crafted by a machine, cut out and sewn on to a cheap hoodie unfinished. Do better and stop scamming money from people for half assed quality products.

I ordered a hoodie and a tote bag and I love it so much ! I Would purchase again! :) it’s does take a while to get delivered but they even say in their website it’s takes about 5 weeks :) so keep that in mind don’t be rude to them they are trying their best and I love how they answered all my questions! ❤️

I ordered a hoody and yes it takes a few weeks to come, they are a small business and it’s all handmade so totally understandable.
Boy was it worth the wait :)

Don't replay to emails and they don’t and don’t give any order updates or send out orders.

They stated it would take 3-6 weeks it did take a little longer dew to quality control as they were good at replying to me through Instagram they replyed pretty quicky. I orderd one of the Nike jumpers it I orderd it 21st September and received it on the 22nd November all I have is good things to say yes it takes a while but you've got to remember there handcrafted and a small business. I did get a bit worried seeing what people were saying on there post but they always replyed to my dms and I couldn't be happier with my order .

Great quality, great products, and a diverse selection. I love this brand, I’ve had over 4 purchases from them over the past two years. Only small issue that I’ve eber faced was delay in shipping, which I can totally understand and will wait as long as I get what I’m asking for at the end. Their products quality are really nice, and they offer quite a range of unique items. the hoodies are VERY comfy. I’ve visited them today at Brick Lane, the owners were very sweet. Definitely coming back again and buying more in the future.

The item that arrived is not what is advertised as the quality online. The hoody is cheap and flimsy. It is clear they have bought a cheap mass produced hoodie, cut the original tag off (which can still be seen) and sewn in their own. The patchwork looks like the photo but the finish of it is frayed all along the bottom, again not as advertised on the website. To top it off, it is advertised as 3-5 weeks to receive the order, it took over 9 weeks. Customer service was shocking, the ignored my emails when I would request an update on my order given the delays and it was only when I took to a public platform did they bother to respond. To say I was disappointed to wait over 9 weeks to receive something that isn’t as advertised would be an understatement. I would not place an order here again and feel they have not fulfilled what is advertised. I will be contacting them directly to show them photos of the item I have received to question how they think this is okay.

Insane quality and the coolest most unique pieces. Absolutely obsessed with my hoodie and i will be buying again!!!!! HIGHLY recommend if cool and quirky pieces are your thing !!!! amazing
