Ich habe im Sommer einen Hoodie bestellt und gesagt bekommen er wird in 6 wochen ankommen. 3 Monate später, im Oktober hab ich gefragt wo der Hoodie bleibt und sie sagten mir: mitte november kommt er. Dezember hab ich dann wieder gefragt und er soll mitte januar kommen. Jetzt ist es Ende Januar und ich hab den Hoodie immernoch nicht. So viel Geld und die Person mit der ich schreibe ist nichteinmal freundlich.
Ich habe schonmal vorort in London einen Hoodie gekauft, den ich sehr gerne trage. Und jetzt wollte ich dpr einen Freund auch einen bestellen (zum Geburtstag) der aber jetzt auch 6 monate her ist

I have a pair of Vendetta Archive doberman jeans and it's THE COOLEST jeans I've ever had, hands down! The quality is excellent and it's so different from your average boring High St shop bought jeans.
The owner is also very friendly.

Yes, they do take time, but the embroidery is done by hand, so it's totally valid.
Every time I wear one of their pieces I get so many compliments from people, so I know the wait was worth it.

Ordered in October told shipping would be November , then issues do December , now issues so January!!!!
I get the feeling ill not see my order requested refund on 31st Dec so see how long that takes before I get trading standards involved and go down the fraud route to get my money back

I was a little concerned about ordering after reading reviews but AJ has kept in touch throughout via Instagram and email.

You don't get a confirmation email which is a little disconcerting but you do get one on dispatch. I was promised the item would arrive before Christmas, and it has. I was promised a tracking number on dispatch which I received.

The item itself is fabulous, worth a wait and brilliant quality. I definitely wouldn't be concerned ordering in the future.

Me and my friend have both ordered separately , it's been 2 months for me and 3 months for my friend and they still haven't come . They told me it was done and going to be shipped two weeks ago , when I emailed they said they'd check on it and it's been a week and no follow up . Ive spent 300 quid and don't know what to do further because im either getting my money or that jumper . My friend has even gone to them in person and still nothing . I will never be purchasing again because this is ridiculous ,

Unacceptable Experience — Still No Order, No Communication
I’ve been waiting far too long for my order from Vendetta Archive, and at this point, the experience has been nothing short of unacceptable. There’s been zero transparency, no meaningful communication, and no sign of my piece.

For a brand that markets itself as exclusive and high-end, the customer service is shockingly unprofessional. Emails go unanswered, there are no updates, and it feels like once they have your money, you’re left completely in the dark.

Delays happen, but ignoring customers and providing no information is inexcusable. Until Vendetta Archive proves they can actually deliver orders and communicate honestly, I’d strongly advise others to stay away.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. A simple shirt order took over four months to arrive, with no communication, no updates, and no effort made to inform us of any so called “technical issues.” We were simply left in the dark.For an order costing over £70, this level of service is shocking. Being a small, self owned company is not an excuse if anything, it should mean better care and accountability. Instead, we experienced silence, excuses after the fact, and an appalling lack of transparency.What makes this even worse is the complete refusal to offer any form of refund, not even a partial gesture of goodwill, after such extreme delays and poor handling. This shows a total disregard for customers and zero accountability.I would not recommend this company to anyone.

j’ai attendu plus de 4 mois sans aucune nouvelle pour au finale ne pas recevoir ma commande.
que des excuses mais jamais d’actes je pense sincèrement que c’est du dropshipping en voyant les autres commentaires. cette personne ment car elle dit des choses contradictoires, un coup il est mal fait il faut refaire l’article et un autre coup le colis a pas été scanné.
j’ai réussis à me faire rembourser en exprimant mon mécontentement dans les commentaires instagram et exigeant un remboursement sinon je n’aurais jamais revue la couleur de mon argent. c’était un cadeau en plus.
ne commander jamais sur ce site pour votre bien être mentale et financier.

So I ordered 2 items around the end of June. The cargo shorts arrived in a timely manner 2/3weeks no problem. I ordered a shirt and let me tell you this was a pain not worth it in my opinion i only revived the shirt 2/3 days ago… so let me just TLDR. It felt like I was pestering to get my order and just not an overall great experience. Best thing is the shirt I received has a hole in it near the stitching so I’m just going to cut my $110 loss and not shop here again 🫩
