Heater works amazing, installed in a Promaster 2500 159" camper van. Installation is straightforward, but involved. I had to buy an exhaust extension because of where I sited the unit, but other than that, it comes with everything you need for the install. The hardest part was getting the fuel pump cap off to install the narrow standpipe that enables the heater to run at high elevations. You get a bit of fan noise when it first starts, but quiets down as the van approaches the set temp. This is my favorite of all of the things that I have done to turn this van into a livable space. Highly recommend!

I could not be happier with the velit heater. I am full time vanlife in New England and could not survive the cold without it. It is a game changer. No diesel smell. Only uses a small amount of gas. And having the app on my phone is a great option.

Heater has been working flawlessly. I have been happy with the customer service. They actually respond to questions and a real person will answer the phone.

I just returned home from a two week trip in the very cold high mountains. The heater really works great. There's not many heaters out there that work with gasoline. This Velit heater is worth the wait. For two full weeks, no more waking up cold in the mornings in the RV, even at 30 degrees fahrenheit, with 7 inches of snow outside, at 5,500 feet elevation. And no more condensation build up on the windows! Yes! (-:

The heater uses very little power, about
3 watts on the low setting. About 45 watts on the high setting. Way less than a propane furnace. Best of all Velit is way quiter at night than a propane furnace. No annoying turning on and off all night, just consistent quiet heat all the time. And running the heater for two weeks, I never noticed a change on my gas tank gauge. Uses very little fuel. No need to carry extra fuel cans or fill up small heater tanks. after initial installation, ready to use anytime, just turn it on, no setup, heats up fast, very convenient.
Bluetooth option is beyond simple to operate. Amazing system. Couldn't be happier (-:

Very compact was able to fit it under the bed without taking to much of my garage space in my sprinter van. Blows ice cold air cooling the area of my van pretty fast. Only one thing I would suggest is using shore power when using it or some kind of way using the ecoflow generator with the ecoflow alternator charger. When using this ac unit it will drain your lithium batteries or maybe I need to add more batteries use it during the day when your solar is charging your lithium batteries works for me just not overnight.

Delivered on time and extremely well packaged to protect the unit. Nothing missing, easy to install and was exactly what was advertised. The unit and components were better quality than I was expecting.

Order and shipment went great. I won't know about the units performance until I get it installed and use it next may on our month long trip to Utah.

Then you 12 V air condition came very well pack.
It seems to be a real good system but we didn’t have a chance to use it yet since the weather become cold and we’re only going to use it next year

I bought the velit 2000r for a camper van. Great product. Works in all heat levels., even 90+ temp and humidity. Doesn’t use much battery power. Made Boondocking easy. Calling and speaking with a company representative before I purchased also gave me the confidence to have it installed.

The unit was easy to install and work right off the bat!
Its low power consumption is awesome!
Still not perfect though since not all the functions from the remote seems to be active, the main one for me is the night mode not shutting down the display which is annoying when complete darkness is our preferred ambience when at sleep.

Great office staff, shipping to Hawaii wasn't going to work, so they shipped to a friend coming to visit. Worked well, thank you for going out of the way to get it shipped on time.

Got the 12 V air conditioning system. Good quality product and great customer service.

A/C was super simple to install with there harness, and with 660 amp hr worth of power have ran this unit in 90deg ambient temp from 8pm to 6am for 4 nights with cooling it down than switching over to eco mode to still have 56% power left. Super happy with my purchase!!

Great customer service and quick delivery.

The Velit 2000R is a game changer. Keep it on all day long while driving. Still have 70% battery bank level after running all night. Super quiet too compared to the Dometic junk that came with my B+ MH. The app is working great now as well.

Quick delivery. Product arrived in great condition. The under bench unit was easy to install once the ventilation and intake duct vent holes were cut into the floor. The unit cools our Honda Odyssey micro-camper very well. I was able to hide it under the bed platform and run the supply hoses exactly where I needed them.

Helping us a lot to withstand the Florida heat, on our trip to the zero point of the American continent.

It was a little hard to wait for them to come in stock but once I got it I am very satisfied.

I bought a rooftop AC unit for use on a van. I was hesitant at first after watching reviews on YouTube. Most reviews were done in mild climates and not in the Southern United States. Living in Texas and working in Texas I survived the Texas heat and humidity comfortably. The installation and operation is easy and simple. Run time is quiet and the ability to turn off display while running is great. On a recent trip meeting family in the Hill Country of Texas I was asked if the family dog could stay in my van while visiting local brewery and while we walked around the downtown of Fredericksburg visiting shops. The temperature at midday around 100 early August while Annie the dog relaxed in a cool 75 degree comfortable van. Very satisfied with the performance.

After a meticulous set up.
I still made mistakes with the initial start up.and the tech support did an amazing job of helping me troubleshoot the problems I was having.
I couldn’t be happier.
