Unfortunatly, they forgot to put thermostate in my gas heater.... i had finished the install when i saw that :(
I had to remove everything to ship them the unit so they can program the thermostat to my unit... they didnt even say sorry we made a mistake. The good point is that heater works great!!

Fantastic customer support. This is a very important note right off the hop. Nothing but good things to say about support.

My shipment was SEVERELY delayed. As in, the better part of a month after requesting a hasty shipment (that hurt).

And the instructions for installing were not very clear. I struggled DEEPLY, though that's more a testament to my own lacking ability.

Overall, I'm happy with how she runs. It's extremely efficient and I like it a lot... But MAN was it ever hard to install into my Ford Transit 🥵

As a Velit dealer, I use Velit heaters and air conditioners in many of my projects. They are rock solid and the kits come with most everything needed for a high quality installation (sealants are the only thing you'll need to source separately). I'd been searching for an alternative to overpriced Euro options and Velit fits the bill!

I would give you 5 stars but my unit makes a horrible squeaking sound, Unit On or Off this squeak comes from INTERNALLY,, so, what am I to do? Do I have to play engineer and find the root cause? Guess so, So in stead of moving forward with my Van build I have to TROUBLE shoot your product. Shame your product isn't manufactured to the standards i had hoped for. I know my shit, Ive been a trouble shooter all my life, Give me some good info and I would appreciate it, I knows its some Mickey Mouse over looked on the assembly line problem, something wasn't secured and or attached and now with vibration its driving me insane,,,, SO tell me am I better off tearing off the top cover to get to the heart or should I go in from below?? The unit works great. However , the direction vents broke right away .

This company is great. First, they were out of stock for the gas heater I ordered which would’ve led to some delays in getting it, but they emailed and suggested to ship me the diesel heater and simply switch the firmware to gas upon receiving it, which I gladly did. They’re the exact same thing physically, just different firmware settings. Then when my phone screen went to sleep during the firmware update (dammit!) and I had some troubleshooting difficulties, they quickly responded to my calls. I ended up getting on the phone with Eddie 3 times that day I think, and he was always polite and remained on the line the entire time until I confirmed things were working. On top of that, simply great to have a high-quality and lower-priced USA company rather than having to buy the quite expensive and long lead time German and Russian heaters which also seem prone to high altitude issues among other things. And far better than buying one of those cheap Chinese heaters. I’ll be recommending to everyone and buying from them in the future should I need anything else. Thank you guys!

Great products but I had to return a unit because of personal reasons. the process went quite smooth so I would purchase from them again.

Great DC powered AC for off grid camping. Running the Velit 3500 24v off of 440 watts of solar system for peak hours (~5 hours per day) and still have plenty of left over power to spare. Sips energy, spits cold air, everything I needed it to do.

Product arrived wreaking of gasoline. Seemed used. Missing parts. Incredible delays.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Velit Camping has been incredibly disappointing.

After my AC unit showed an E8 error, I followed Velit's instructions and waited some weeks for a replacement condenser fan unit, paying out of my pocket to ship the part from the UK to my current location.

Despite installing the part exactly as instructed, the same error persisted: the fan doesn't move, the compressor tries to start but stops after a few seconds, and the unit remains unusable in the middle of summer.

I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails over several weeks asking for help or escalation. Aside from one vague reply saying they were “communicating with the manufacturer,” I’ve received no real support, no technical assistance, and no urgency at all.

This is unacceptable for a product at this price point. Velit seems unprepared to offer proper post-sale support. At this point, I feel abandoned by the company after doing everything on my end: following instructions, paying shipping, waiting patiently. My AC still doesn’t work, and summer is almost gone.

Would strongly caution others to think twice before buying — because when things go wrong, you may be on your own.

Product arrived quickly. However unboxing the product two of the vents were kind of broken. Seem to be unhinged. Wrote an email and no response in weeks about the issue.

The unit installed very nicely, has been water type for a year and is cooling the van down in eco mode at 450 W...... very nice low power.
