Cheap, plasticity sunglasses that you can find in a £1 market. Don't fall for the influencer hype- these are genuinely awful and such bad quality. To make matters worse, I'm unable to make a return!

They apply an automatic code on your website order if you order multiple pairs and then won’t let you even exchange a pair because they applied “said code” that you didn’t ask for. Super Shady and won... Vis mer
HORRIBLE company. Purchased the Dixie - Choc Tort/Cinnamon sunglasses for 250 USD and they are way smaller in person and didn’t fit my face. I returned the sunglasses and it cost $164 USD to ship them... Vis mer

No returns and horrible customer service. Absolute scam. Make sure you charge back via your credit card so this company gets shut down and others don’t get taken advantage of!

Beware of this company!
I wish I would have researched the company before I purchased a pair of glasses. The sunglasses were pretty pricey, but I read the return policy of 14 days and went ahead and bought them. The glasses I received were not great quality, and I’m pretty sure made for a child. I return them instantly, had to pay a lot to ship back to Australia, which I wasn’t aware of at the time of purchase. Then received a store credit because in the fine print on a totally separate page, they only do store credit. Total scam!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, first time ordered two glasses and both don’t fit me so I wrote to them to return and they said they don’t accept return, I am like what?????? Are yous serious guys??? Your glasses do not fit me! So waiting for them to reply which has been three days so far no reply horrible company

Australian Seller, YOU pay for RETURN if allowed
Same as the other reviews. Poor quality, no return. 2 for 1 offer. When I raised the issue and reviews they said they would refund but I would need to return myself at a cost of £35+ for shipping.
Be careful when being lured in by these social media Ads. A new policy for me is to check Trustpilot ALWAYS first. Same glasses selling for £12 on Etsy under different brand name.

Be aware! No-return policy!
Be aware! Do not make my mistake! This company has a no-return policy! :( They do not mention anything about this when ordering, and I would never have used the promotion code, if I had known this :(.
That is not the way to run an honest and serviceminded business :(.

DO NOT FALL FOR THE PRETTY PICTURES!! The items you receive are not the same as the ones online. You will also be refused a refund if you decide they aren’t right for you. Customer service sucks!!!

Non refundable
Ordered 2 sunglasses and when they arrived was very disappointed by the quality! Contacted them to initiate a return but was told they were non refundable as they were bought as part of the ‘buy one get one free’ promo. At no point does it specify when you are buying that they would be non refundable!
