This is month 3 for me using Vegamour products. I use the Serum, scalp product, foam, grow shampoo and conditioner, Hydrate shampoo, conditioner and masque plus the dry shampoo.
My hair is thriving! I have looked at other companies and none have been so luxurious, planet friendly, and priced right! I'm finally seeing baby hair along my temples and crown of my hair.

Doesn’t send out a warning that you’re about to be charged again and as soon as it does won’t give you the money back. I canceled the subscription. Doesn’t work either!

I really like their hair mask, but like other reviewers on here, their subscription plan is fraudulent. I never asked to be subscribed and when I tried to unsubscribe, it wouldn’t allow me to. I tried calling customer service only to get a message someone would get back with me. It never happened. I tried going into my account, got a prompt that said I would get an email to do so…nothing.

The product isn’t worth buying from a company that clearly puts making money over customer service and trust.

I was sceptical at first, because I’ve tried so many other products from Monat to Rogaine to home remedies, to help my thin fine hair. But I gave Vegamor a try and I’m happy with the results.
I have been using the shampoo and conditioner, as well as the the hair serum consistently for four months. It has taken some time and patience, but I am noticing results this fourth month:)
My hair is getting fuller, and it feels healthier and soft.
I would like to try more of Vegamor’s products but unfortunately, some can’t be shipped to Canada. I’m sure it’s not an issue on their end.
Despite that, I will continue to use the shampoo and serum, because it is the only thing I tried that seems to be working for my thin fine hair.

I have been using those products last year, I bought shampoo ,conditioner and serum. The cleansing hair is good, shine and smooth. Serum will help to not falling hair down, worth it but when I'm out the serum my hair will not stay strong enough for my hair for no falling down.

The serum is a wonderful product and my hair is growing back. The shampoo did cause my hair extensions to fall out so I asked to stop my subscription. Customer service was amazing, they stopped an automatic order and are offering a refund on the unopened package. Every company could benefit from a customer service department like the folks at Vegamour. Wonderful company and products!

I've been using Vegamour for almost 2 years now. Its been a phenomenal difference to the health, thickness and length of my hair. I especially love their hair serum and shampoos. My hair love It! I even bought their serum and hair conditioner for a dear friend dealing with Middle East heat effects on his hair.

This is nothing but snake oil. I have used the GRO shampoo and conditioner, and it didn’t help my hair grow at all. It also left my hair feeling quite flat and greasy by day 2. I remained patient and purchased three of the grow hair serum bottles in total. My hair is still as thin as the day I started using this. It does not help your hair grow at all. The most that it did was give me a little bit of volume on the day that I washed my hair, but my hair would fall flat by day 2.
I’m really mad at myself that I wasted any money on this company and they’re fake products that don’t do anything. The only people that this is supposedly working for are people they’re probably paying for good reviews.

The product is ok but feel it’s overpriced. I used the serum and gummies for 3 months and it’s easy to apply, non greasy formula but the results were not exactly as I expected. For the price I’m not sure I’ll keep using this but if you want to try it I recommend to order one time (not subscription) as they make it difficult for you to cancel it. Other than that, customer service is fast and helpful.

I signed up for the subscriptions to get the "great discounts" HOWEVER, you'd be better off just using bigger promo codes at checkout rather than the subscriptions, which I noticed on my statement the prices were going up and up with no warning.

ALSO you are supposed to get "rewards" for spending. I had spent so much with my subscriptions that I had earned over $90 credit. I applied them to my subscriptions and got a notification that it would come out of the total, but when the statement came I looked and it was the same prices.

I contacted customer service and got no response. I reached out to a Katie, she has yet to respond to me months later. I first contacted her 11/20/2022. They were also contacted by PayPal and no response then either. That reflects very poorly on the company.

I ended up getting gypped from using some of my rewards. Later I redeemed another $40 in rewards and when I tried to use them it would no generate me a code. It was blank. I tried to see if maybe it would automatically add at check out and still no code.

So another $40 promised as a loyal customer and was not able to use it. Almost like they do this on purpose. If anything this costs your company more than it saves. If hundred or thousands of people are contacting customer service over these issues, you're having to pay those employees to fix the issues.

I also dislike you can't cancel subscriptions yourself. That should be changed. This isn't the 90's, and customers should be able to go online and do it themselves, NOT have to contact customer service. Time for an upgrade. Customers already have their profiles/accounts to log into on the site so why not?

(If you notice most of the negative reviews talk about how upsetting it is they can't cancel on their own and it's made very difficult for them. This reflects poorly on the company)

I would also like to mention the most important part. I've spend thousands with Vegamour. From the shampoo, conditioners, pills, scalp, lash and brow serums and NONE worked for me at all. I used the serums daily, morning and night, with zero results. The shampoo and conditioners were the biggest disappointments. (Super drying) The hair over night mask was the worst of all, being the greasiest thing I've ever used. Left my blonde hair looking dark brown and practically black at the roots, feeling like I had not washed it in months. It was REALLY gross.

I suspect positive reviews are either fake reviews or it's the placebo effect. Like a doctor giving someone sugar pills. Because the best thing I can compare these products to are the good old snake oil.

This company has created a fraudulent process whereby THEY automatically sign you up for a "subscription" the moment you try to order one product - one time. No amount of searching on their website had a "subscription cancellation" option. It only allows you to add more products.

I spent almost 30 minutes on the phone waiting. Then an automatic message said there was no one available to help me. Writing to Customer Support only prompted another automated written supply that they'll get back in 48 hours. How can a U.S. business be allowed to "hook" clients on recurring monthly charges? I'm writing Better Business Bureau next.

scumbag company doesn't allow cancel subscription on their site and make it impossible to cancel after signing up

Like others have mentioned here, they sign you up for a monthly subscription without telling you. I tried to cancel in June and got the run around, finally agreeing to one more bottle in December, which came. I just today got a notice from Paypal that I am being charged again for January. I looked at Vegamours site and I am back on their monthly subscription! I went to Paypal and noticed they have been charging me but not sending the product. A monthly $34.98 fee, except for the month they charged me over $50! I should have been more careful with my Paypal acct. But I did use that great feature they have where you can cancel subscriptions on their end. Bye Vegamour! (PS: The product gives the same results as Rogain but comes in a cute little pink bottle)

This company after months of canceling my subscription tried to charge my old card without my consent. THIS CANT BE LEGAL-- DO NOT PURCHASE OR SUBSCRIBE to them. I had to call and speak to a person to cancel my subscription and then months later they charged my card without my consent. SHADY!!!!

I have been using Vegamour since October of 2022 and I haven't seen my hair this amazing since I was probably a teenager. I'm so glad that I finally decided to try the hair growth serum I don't know what I would have done if I didn't.

I am very cautious about signing up for "subscriptions" and read the cautionary tales from this site...but here I am anyway. Had no intention of signing up for a subscription but I was signed up and very surprised to see a 2nd charge within a month of the first. Now, if they made it easy to cancel the subscription, I would still be annoyed but not writing this review today. The ONLY way to cancel is to call them, during their own business hours. Can't do it by chat (their chat support is also ONLY available during "business hours"), or by email. At this point I don't even care if the product works--I won't order from them again. Wish me luck as I attempt to follow all of the very specific steps to cancel something I didn't intend to order.

I ordered this product in September of 2022 when I saw an Instagram advertisement. It is a small bottle of liquid that you are asked to use on the scalp. It is not a bad product , I did not make a big difference on me despite my religious use of the product but after two months , I saw some minor improvements (I cannot clearly say whether it is because of this product or that I started to take care of my hair in general) In other words, correlation does not imply causation here.
The big problem here is with the subscription protocols. After couple of months , I wanted to cancel my subscription and I thought I did. Now in Vegamour , one has to not only cancel one's subscription via sending an email ( waste of time) but after asking to cancel, I received an email with a title of confirmation of cancellation: extremely long email apologizing etc.... Great, I was under the impression that I am done. Imagine my surprise when I notice another 50 dollars reduced in my bank account by Vegamour. It turns out that as I did not reply to that email (the very email I receive after I openly cancel my subscription ) , they just continued my subscription as I "never responded my email". They simply say "I can see that you reached out to cancel your subscription. However, we haven't received a response from you so we didn't cancel your account." Why it was not enough for me to cancel my subscription to cancel my subscription is beyond me! So this product is not worth the trouble to begging the marketing department to cancel a subscription for a product that barely works.

product smells great, my hair started to grow back. less hair foaling out.

Simply does not work at all.
I used it for 4 months and it did nothing. Save your money.
