Use Veezo most days today I had a very rude arrogant driver because I was using contactless payment. He said they get charged 15% on this. Then demanded I pay in cash which I didnt have on me. When I got out of the car he sped off with force. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Terrible drivers who are unsafe always racing other cars and not focused on safety

Second time we have been stranded a liverpool airport. Each time booked the day before and no taxi turned up. Said no drivers available. Avoid if you actually want a taxi to pick you up

Queried a payment, on the app £17, charged extra £5 for a cat in carrier with no warning so bumped price to £22 and then an extra £5 surcharge! Just ring a normal taxi service!

The driver threatenned to throw me out the cab because he was told I was paying cash when I had been sent a link to pay by card. I told him his issue was with the employer not with me. He was rude to me and made the journey very unpleasant

Said taxi would be 4mins after phone call to driver and company turned up nearly 1 hour late

Absolute rubbish service phoned for a taxi at 12 pm waited until 1.30 no one could give me a reason or explanation for why I had been waiting so long just said sorry for the delay I cancelled and got an uber wish I had done that in the first place. I definitely won’t be using them again

Booked a taxi for 05.10 to get to work for 6am, 3 people accepted my journey then they disappeared from the app, rang twice, had to cancel, very poor customer service

Vehicle registration CE17VOC. TAXI LICENSE P2354. The driver is extremely aggressive. At 2052 hours on the 9th of August, 2026, in Brookside in Telford, the driver blocks my right of way and then gets extremely aggressive when asked to move. He gets out of his vehicle shout abusive and profanity towards me. Even when I had moved my car onto the grass verge, he still carrys on being abusive until he sees me with my camera. How can someone like this be in a position of trust. Veezu should be careful having someone like him representing you out there.

Traveled to LBA - when we booked the taxi we were given a price of £77 which included the airport chage for dropping us outside the terminal. The driver made an excuse and drop us in the furthest car part. My husband has neuropathy from type 1 diabetes as struggles with pain when walking. Absolutely applauled and still waiting for a responde from Veezu - will never us again.

Booking placed on Saturday for a Sunday lunchtime airport run. No car arrived , waited for 20 minutes after the "booked" time..still nothing so cancelled and went with Uber. Veeze are time wasters and "booking" means nothing.

Driver very argumentative due to the fact that we had requested 2 stops within 3 minutes drive of each other and that he wasn’t getting paid to do this. We eventually just told him to go to the one address and myself and my husband ended up- walking back home. We coul have understood if the stops were a distance apart but they weren’t and could have easily been done had the driver taken our preferred route but no he wasn’t getting paid having none of it. It was his way or no way😡. Very disappointed as we use taxis every Saturday to get to and to get back from our chosen

Driver turned up on time. Played loud music all journey. Drove far too fast, 80-85 until he saw me videoing his speedometer. Covered his eyes when approached by headlights from oncoming cars. Constantly drifting over white line and then towards the kerb. All in all a dreadful experience. He at least turned up on time and got us home but that’s all I can offer.

Used Drive many times with no problems. Booked a taxi 2 days in advance for 4.15am. Needed to get into town early hours to join a feeder coach for my holiday. Received a confirmation text message for the date and time I asked for. On the day and time - no taxi. I called to see where it was only to be told he would send out the job now to see who picks it up. I was absolutely fuming. I told him I booked it in advance to get the taxi the time I needed and received a confirmation. He kept saying we send out the jobs. The taxi came eventually and we got there on time. Very expensive compared to others.

I ask why take my booking I you haven’t booked the taxi. You are not reliable. I will never use this company again.

How can this company improve? Shut down.

Unreliable. Made a booking - turned up half an hour too late.
Complained using their online feedback form - No response, never mind an apology.

Hopeless.

I accidentally left a car key on the back seat of a taxi, obviously my own fault.

However the response from Veezu since this has been appalling. They offer little to no help at all, and even though my car key is with the taxi driver it has taken a week and a half to get it back.

The service is so bad and they will not do anything to help their customers retrieve lost belongings. I strongly suggest using other taxi companies such as Uber.

Done a job for weezo 4.8 miles for £11 fix price, but the road supposed to take were shut and I've had to divert ending to 7 miles, called office to adjust the price Bean told to open a ticket, after 3 days some one replayed;; Unfortunately we don't increase the fixed fare for road works and diversions as the passenger agrees to the fixed fare at the point of booking. Whoat about me driver I agry the same 4.8 miles, scam company, thiefs.

Pre-booked a taxi days in advance as I've done with other operators in the past and never had an issue. On the day at the pick-up time a vehicle had still not been allocated. 30 minutes after this we still didn't have a vehicle allocated despite chasing and being told we were a priority. We were forced to drive to an onward connection and pay £100+ in parking charges. After complaining I was told that they don't guarantee any timings and it was my fault as their terms state you should book a vehicle for 2 hours before you actually need it... Really? Stay away from this company, they don't care. I'm sure a local company (if there are any left after veezu buy them all) would really appreciate your custom.

If I had done this review 3 hrs ago I would have given 5 stars. First time using them and was really impressed esp the online booking form. The 2 drivers I had were exceptional. However as im very new to the app when I booked a cab to go home from a stressful appnt I put the address in incorrectly. Instead of putting in Spamedica, Pendeford business park I just put the business park so I cancelled it. I then rebooked using the correct address. The taxi came and half way home I get a call from veezu saying they're waiting for me at Spamedica. I explained im a new customer and the situation and that I had cancelled the first taxi. It seems that the taxi I had cancelled turned up. The one on the phone was very rude and said thanks for messing me about.Im now in 2 minds whether to use them again. Its not my fault the cancelled cab turned up. This is the prob when you order and pay online rather than speaking to someone

missed my prebooking terrible service should be shut down . if i could give no star i would . would not reccomend them
